Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Capitol Hill, Seattle

Property was clean and very nice. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Highly recommended! It is located in a very quiet and private neighborhood yet easy to navigate. There are reflective traffic signs off the main road, especially convenient for late-night check-ins. The check-in process was easy: in my case, Jim came out personally to greet me. He was knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas and respected guests' privacy which we highly appreciated. The property is surrounded by tall evergreen trees providing fresh air and seclusion. It is close to nature and has a trail that leads into the woods for about 5 to 10 minutes brisk walk. The property is well cared for and homey. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. We brought some groceries and were able to cook in the house for the entire stay without needing to order takeouts. We were very impressed by Jim's property and hospitality and hope to stay there again in the future!

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

Marcelo's home was wonderful! It was close to so many walking and hiking paths that let us really take in what Washington has to offer. Plenty of stuff to do near downtown Kirkland, especially during the holiday, and only 20ish minutes away from Seattle proper and all it has to offer. Our kiddo enjoyed the large backyard and I could barely pry my wife away from the indoor sauna!

The House was very nice, very clean and well maintained. The location was amaazing, close access into town for food, entertainment and amazing coffee! The host's was very fast and patient with our messages and that was great.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very accommodating.

Sean's place was perfectly located for our weekend stay to visit with Family and Friends!! The hot tub was an added bonus for the chilly/snowy weekend in Seattle. This was a great space

This was a wonderful haven close to our favorite Spa and restaurants. The home was pristine and we loved the backyard patio with string lights. The did a great job labeling things and it was easy to make ourselves at home. Would love to stay again!

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Our visit was due to medical appointments/business trip and the location was ideal—close to my work office, UW Hospital and great restaurants. Alex was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting Seattle!

Great place to stay. Clean and affordable

This place is super clean and felt comfortable. We walked daily into downtown...super cute restaurants, shops and etc.

We had a wonderful stay here. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly. Check in was easy and they let us check in early since we had a early flight. The space itself was charming and well stocked in a quiet area that felt very safe. Great location walkable to many restaurants and cafes too. Big comfy bed, plenty of seating space, and even a full kitchen. I would book again in a heartbeat.

A clean, compact, stylish place. The location is wonderful -- a pleasant, very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, and a short drive to lots of places of interest. The house is small but has everything one needs. The kitchen is quite nice, there's a good collection of art books, and there's even a place to park. The only (very minor) flaw is the lack of a dining table, aside from a 2-person counter, but that's understandable given the space constraints. My family (4) had an excellent stay.

This Airbnb was amazing for me and my girlfriend to check out Seattle. The location was close to some great restaurants and not too far of a drive to Seattle or Bellevue. We also were within 10 minutes of the water taxi that takes you from Alki to Downtown Seattle which was great. Jay was wonderful and allowed us an early check-in as we came from the East Coast. He provided amazing recommendations which we put to use and we are grateful. When we visit again, Jay’s place is at the top of our list. Thanks again!

Sarah’s place is amazing. The big windows with a view, high end amenities, well stocked kitchen, sauna, tasteful decor all add up to a luxury stay. Having a great neighborhood coffee shop a few doors away was an added bonus. We would love to stay here again!

Very happy with property felt like one could dip toes in Puget Sound from property-as close as it gets. Kitchen was the best stocked for dishes/utensils, cooking/baking. Two ovens and two microwaves. plenty of basic cooking staples and spices. Spacious rooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Loved the main living room--first bnb we've stayed at that had enough seating for the number of guests staying.

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

What a great place!!!!! We wanted a quick getaway place and this was exactly what we were looking for. My son had a lot fun in the indoor swimming pool as my friends, my wife and I sipped cocktails in the hot tub nearby and eventually we moved onto sauna to end the night. This is a 5 star facility better than a lot of the five star hotels, we got much more than we paid for. Super clean place, beautiful surroundings, our host Mike personally greeted us and gave us a tour of his beautiful house. We can't wait to be back summer time, wonder what's like to sit in the back yard with drinks in our hands and watch sun set. Thanks again Mike, you are a great host.

Stay in 5 star luxury accommodations while enjoying the most iconic view in Seattle! Ken’s lux townhome is the perfect base for discovering Seattle. Within minutes you’re enjoying DT Seattle, Pike Place market, the Seattle Space needle, or any of the DT sports venues. Several outstanding markets, including Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market, as well as fish right off the boat at near by Salmon Bay are close if you decide to cook in the chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Ken is an outstanding host offering local insights to the Seattle culture. Joe was extremely helpful and communicative with the check in and check out process.

Exceeded all expectations. Home was extremely sizable, very well maintained, and in a great area in close proximity to quite a few conveniences.

My family and I had a wonderful time cooking and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. The house was exactly like the pictures. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rain showers were divine- not to mention the deep soaking tub in the main bedroom. The one time I had a question, it was answered within minutes. I absolutely recommend this home!
