Beautiful and comfortable beach 2 minutes away And with the clever dogs that follow the beach together, Daily cleaning and towels provided allowed me to stay happier and more comfortable than at home during my stay. Of course, the owner and staff in the Listcomport House were also very friendly and accommodating. I really want to come back next time!!

The host is very friendly and warm-hearted. And the place is quiet and clean. The host offered the pick-up service for us from the airport, even though my flight arrived at 4am. Really appreciate. Will stay here again next time.

This is an amazing place that is located in the heart of Garapan. You don’t need a car to get to most places, like the beach, cafes and restaurants, stores, etc. Also, the host is extremely helpful, and my friends and I were satisfied with everything. No complaints at all!

It was a trip with my two children and my mother. My mother had some discomfort with her legs, and I chose this place because I wanted the first floor because there were children. I had a really comfortable and safe stay. The washing machine is on the porch, so you can do the laundry right away, and the refrigerator is large, so even if you buy a lot of groceries, you can go in. They take care of everything before they run out, and the cleaning service will make you feel like they are in full photos every day. If I ran out of delivery, it was really comfortable. There are dogs that protect the house well, and they say that our kids are no longer big. The owner communicates well with the inside and outside, so if you have any questions, please let me know. It was the first Saipan trip I chose because I liked the review, but I made so many good memories ^ ^

The house is comfortable and clean. Mr and Mrs Lee are very kind. They picked up and drop off us at airport. Mr Lee can speak a little chinese. The house is quiet, but a little far from downtown. It is better to rent a car here.

As soon as you arrive, you pick me up and the sea is awesome in front of the accommodation. It's a family trip for 5 people, and I didn't rent it separately, but the host lent me a car cheaply. They also took me to the local restaurant myself and changed it to an additional late checkout. The return flight was a dawn plane, but he drove me to the airport after sleeping. The accommodation was enough for a family of five, and there were dogs in the yard, which was very simple, and he drove me to the sea in front of the accommodation. Sometimes there were ants and small lizards, but it wasn't bothersome. The kids are going to take the geckos and raise them... lol There's a grocery store 3 minutes away, there's a grocery store, a beach, and it's awesome!! I intend to return this winter.🤩

Near airport, Host was waiting for us even though we arrived at 2 a.m. Very clean house, even better than the pictures. San Antonio market is 5minute walk so it was easy to buy some groceries for breakfast. Host showed us hospitality to drop our family off at Garapan. It was a great start of my Saipan trip! It was such a big plus that it was really close to the airport!! However, it was a little uncomfortable because it was far from a pickup when touring from downtown, but thanks to the host of the accommodation, I was very comfortable and quick to solve the problem, so it was really nice!! And he took really good care of 😆 this and that. He was so kind and talked a lot! It was a morning flight on the last day, and he also showed me the consideration of taking me to the airport😭. It's next to the airport, so I thought it would be comfortable, so I caught it without much thought. It was more peaceful than I thought, and the neighbors were kind, quiet, and nice. The surrounding dogs bark, but they are nice and listen to the horses (if you tell them to be quiet, be quiet..)
