Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

The house was amazing. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils… anything needed. The bathrooms were all clean and well supplied. The bedrooms all had towels and washcloths set out for everyone. The garage was clear and usable, the extra fridge/freezer was really helpful. There was plenty of parking. The basement had a great pool table and a couple of video games that were fun. The whole house just made you feel at home, and it was clean and beautiful. The privacy was also great. The hostess was extremely responsive when contacted. And there is plenty of room and can sleep a ton of people. I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for letting us use your home.

This house was a in a great location in Fairfox with ease to restaurants and grocery stores for cooking in the well appointed kitchen. We were able to host 15 people for a Christmas gathering and the space the house afforded and community spots of the kitchen, living and dining room made this a great place to book.

Definitely was a great stay. only thing I wish is that i can book again for a pool party 🥳 but I book in the winter!

Will was very helpful. The space was nice and he was proactive in sending us blankets to stay warm in the cold! He was a really great host in a great space :)

The house is charming and beautiful. Its on a magnificent tree lined street. We found parking without any issues and didn't have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere. Our hosts Maggie and Scott were fabluous and always available. Looking forward to our next visit to DC.

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

Robert was a great host during our stay. He recommended some great local food options to us and was available to assist us during our stay. Very nice area.

This was the perfect place for us to spend some much needed time to relax and reconnect with nature. This house is absolutely amazing! Clean open contemporary design with walls of windows facing the water and the nature outside. Thoughtful touches throughout the house make it feel extra special. We were lucky enough to be there for a nice snow fall which made the place that much more magical. The storm would have impacted our departures, so Evan graciously offered us another night to avoid traveling in the snow. The house has everything you need for a luxurious escape with a beautiful view, and amazing hosts. We will definitely be returning.

Demetria’s place was perfect for the occasion. She was extremely accommodating to my request. Her place has beautiful esthetics. Very spacious and living spaces. Great for entertaining a small group of family/friends. We sang karaoke. Demetria was very responsive. I highly recommend you booking with her. I’m really considering rebooking for my daughter.

Jennifer’s place is very cozy, clean, and private. It is located in a nice, quiet area of DC. The provided parking space was an excellent bonus. The proximity to most points of interest was perfect, about 20 mins drive to many historic buildings. Jennifer was very prompt and responsive to my inquires. It was a very lovely stay. Thank you!

We stayed here for a week for work and it suited our purposes perfectly. The place is adequately equipped and the decorative style hastrue home feel. The yard and flowers were beautiful. 😍 . I would highly recommend the place.

This house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, which is a top priority for us. We were close to everything so it was easy to get around. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

My children and I loved our stay!! It was very comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space. The host was very sweet and responsive, and it was nice to have our own little driveway and porch. We will definitely stay again!! Also, the location was great. Not too far from MANY shopping plazas and malls. Took my kids to the movies, Build a Bear, and bowling.... all in different locations, all less than a 25 miles (or way less) from this home!!

It's spacious and clean. Everything here is wonderful. Just one suggestion that restrooms should have locks as it was inconvenient for our separate families. Anyway, we enjoyed our stays and strongly recommend to this place. Chau was amazing. She was excellent in communication and responding. We were pleased with her great service. Thank you very much.

Tara was super responsive and very accommodating. We booked on the same day that we arrived and booking and check in were still seamless . I prefer firmer beds, but my friend had a hard time with the bed in her room, so, maybe bring a foam topper or something like that if you prefer a softer mattress. Although it had just snowed the main walkway and driveway was cleared off. The backyard was not, but our dogs had a blast loping through the snow, lol.

Narcia’s place was exactly what we were looking for, for a weekend get away. Narcisa was quick to respond when I had any questions. It was very clean and felt homie. There was wine and some muffins for my friends and I when we got there. I would come back and stay again.

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

Had a group of graduate students stay during the AGU conference. We didn't get taken advantage of like all of the hotels in the area where prices where 2-3 times higher than normal. Our host was very helpful in the days leading up to check in and reponsive while there. Highly recommend for those looking for a nice place when visiting DC.
