Vacation rentals with a home theater in Capital District, New York

Our family stayed here for a mini getaway. There's loads to due near this property (within a ten minute drive) for kids and adults alike. The rain spoiled some of our outside plans which was more than OK with us because Dillon's place was so CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, well maintained/cared for, and roomy. We stayed in and BBQ'ed on the provided gas grill, built a fire in the provided fire pit, and roasted marshmallows/s'mores (provided by the wonderful host as well). We went to the Blueberry Hill restaurant for breakfast (one of many suggestions in Dillon's well put together guidebook) and the food was FABULOUS! Great job Dillon! You're the epitome of hospitality! We look forward to another stay!

Close to Hunter mountain and plenty of space and beds for a big group!

Very nice stay. Myra and Jerry are wonderful hosts. They communicated well, gave clear directions to arrive, their place is lovely and exactly as described. While this would not be a suitable location for a person who has ADA mobility limitations due to steps inside and outside, they were not an issue for my wife who has some walking limits. The exterior steps are shallow and the railing is solid. Inside there is a single step up to the bathroom. The views out to the east are amazing. Inside, the place is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It is in the basement of their home, but the house is on a hill side with the rental unit open to the outdoors. The location is rural, so a car is needed to go to nearby shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Stephanie was an incredible host. We had the best ski vacation in this beautiful home with spectacular views. Can’t imagine changing a thing from the beds to the linens, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor living space, hottub etc. It all exceeded our expectation. We can’t wait to book this home again for next ski season!!

Our family enjoyed Lauren and Blake’s house over Presidents’ Day weekend for a few days skiing. Our kids even asked if we could stay longer! The house was exactly as described and matched the photos, and very responsive hosts. High recommend!

Our group enjoyed time at David's house. Close to Kaaterskill Falls and North - South Beach. Host was communicative leading up to the stay.

What a remarkable place!! Will and Diana truly have a knack for creating an experience that gives the room for memories to be made. The detail and hospitality shown in their placd is incredible and worth every penny. They truly engage their guests and give effort above and beyond to satisfy the nesds of their guests. All I can say is thank you.

Milot was a fantastic host! Very responsive and flexible. The house was clean and spacious, in a beautiful setting, and fit our needs perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay at Giselle and William’s place. Large, clean, fully stocked home in a peaceful area. The kids had lots of fun with the arcade downstairs and the games that were available to us. We were a group of 8 people who cooked most of our meals. The dishwasher is very small and couldn’t keep up with the volume of dishes we had. I would recommend bringing paper plates if you’ll be cooking a lot. We also used the BBQ on the deck which wasn’t shoveled out for us in advance. We had to clean out a path to the BBQ ourselves. The hosts are very responsive and overall we had an amazing time.

I visited Sharon’s home with a group and everyone agreed it’s one of the most beautiful and unique homes we’ve stayed in. The design is stunning but also incredibly thoughtful - you can tell how much care went into every inch of the space. Whereas plenty of other rentals are beautiful but feel a bit sterile, this place feels like a truly special home. The space, the views, and the sauna made this the perfect relaxing retreat. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Sharon!

David's home is great for large groups and a very easy commute to the mountain.
