Pristine beach cottage with private yard

Sea Nook Cottage is a cut above most vacation rentals in this area. I've spared no expense to make it the best! And you can't beat the location: Three blocks from the Seaview beach approach, on a quiet street filled with lovely Victorian-era homes. Recently fully remodeled with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

The home is located in walking distance to the Goonies House, Pier 39, the Astoria Riverwalk and hiking trails. It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Bright, eco-built, near the port!

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
