This place looked just like the photos. Beautiful and private. House itself was very spacious for just us 2. Loved the Google assist! Had a few issues with the grill but the host was super supportive and sent the handy man to help and filled the propane for the inconvenience. The pool and outside was great! Definitely will book again!!! Host was so nice and responsive.

KC and her team took care of us as she always does. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that we need. We have used her team and home multiple times and will continue to do so.

We had a nice stay at this property. We were two families with 5 children. There was plenty of room to play and the enclosed patio was nice. We had rainy weather so did not visit the nearby beach or use the pool. We had a couple of issues arise and the hosts were responsive, but because we only had a two night stay it really was not worth having them come clean or fix anything. The garage has a ping pong table that we did use and kept the kiddos busy while we got ready. The primary bathroom is large and accommodating. The kitchen was wonderful to sit around and have the kids eat or color etc. overall great. Would recommend.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything was just as described and pictured. The pool area was great, very spacious for a large family. The house was very well stocked with any type of supplies you could possibly need from a beach wagon and chairs to garlic salt lol! If you think you forgot it, Tara probably has it there for you to borrow or use. We will definitely be returning to Tara’s properties in the future. I 100% recommend booking with Tara! Oh and the beach is dog friendly and has FREE parking. It’s within walking distance of the home as well. GREAT PLACE

I was on a budget and this place fit the bill. It is very quiet, there’s a place to sit out front and out back. It was very clean and roomy. Don’t expect the Hilton, it’s older but taken care of. Danna and Carey answered the only question I had…can I bring my small granddaughters over to play in the pool. The answer was a resounding YES! Very nice people.

A friend and I booked for a week of relaxation and reading - and boy was this the perfect spot for it! The weather wasn’t ideal but we stayed cozy inside, spent time enjoying the farm animals, and had a great time. The guest house was clean and private. Hosts were kind, accommodating, and helped make the experience more fun! Thanks so much!

Everything is here! For a family vacation this is a place that I save to my list to use if we ever come back to the area. There are toys, games, drawing paper and crayons, pens, colored pencils. Travel crib (but no mattress, just the pad), Extra blankets and sheets. Lots of utensils and amenities and the pool / backyard is amazing. We loved it all. Great find.

Great house! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk or bike ride to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house had tons of space and everything a family would need/want for a fun getaway. The communication with the hosts throughout the stay was great and check-in/check-out was very easy. Cute and homey family getaway in Titusville. 3 bedrooms 2 bath with a nice family game room. Play all the pool, air hockey, and Galgatca you want while also stepping outside to enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub with views of the river! Wonderful location with restaurants and stores nearby. Very responsive host, loved our stay!

As someone who takes my own towels and linens to Airbnb’s (and who also does a double disinfect cleaning upon arrival) when we stay somewhere-I was EXTREMELY pleased with this homes cleanliness. Bathrooms were clean, towels were clean, linens and sheets were clean (as were comforters AND throw blankets…IYKYK), kitchen was clean, floors were clean. Our family of 8 had more than enough space to spread out and relax comfortably. The beach was a super quick walk away with direct beach access, which we loved. Close to the main road and all kinds of restaurants. WiFi was fast. Quiet neighborhood. Nice backyard. Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night while in town to go on a cruise, but the space worked perfectly for our large group. Had plenty of amenities if we would have been there longer to use them. Also, house was in a nice neighborhood where we met some friendly people. Perfect location.

Thoughtful welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Easy walk to the beach to watch rocket launches. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Chairs, beach wagon, bikes provided activities for all. Kitchen and grill with everything needed to prepare meals. Very clean!!

What a great experience! In our week of vacation at Dan’s place we decided to share our time between the man cave and the tree house. Both are great but a complete different type of stay. The man cave is a kind of museum with full of memorabilia and items exposed. Some reviews complains about dust, but in that type of environment it’s completely normal. So, please don’t freak out and enjoy the experience! What needs to be clean is super clean! The tree house is more kind of cocoon a little bit more in the woods in Dan’s land. Outside the charm of the lodging the elevator and the hot tub are worth the detour by themselves! Lucky us we also had the opportunity to share the place with the lovely Woodstock… the resident cat. Again don’t worry I have allergies to cats, but since it was very clean I didn’t need my allergy pills. Keep in mind Dan’s place is not a standard Airbnb but an experience that you will enjoy and remember! Would go back anytime! Thanks Dan for having us!

This is my first visit to Kelly’s place but 4th to the condo development, the unit is very nice, the view of the ocean from this unit is refreshing! The unit had all the essentials, no need to bring beach items, or towels, for my five day stay I had all I needed. Washer/dryers are at the complex, and for a few bucks work well. Love this location, safe, central to stores, restaurants, or is peaceful and the beach is beautiful. Caught a launch, what a bonus! The host Kelly is a top notch professional, I will be back… Thank you

Very clean home close to the beach, port, and restaurants. Alexander answered all my questions right away making it a great stay.

Very nice stay for our family of four. We came to FL for a youth baseball tournament, and this house truly helped us feel like we were on vacation as well. The pool was very nice and large with 7ft deep end. The four bikes available was a nice bonus and made trips to the beach more manageable than walking. All management communication was clear and crisp. Would stay their again for sure.
