We had a lovely stay at Vignalunga with a group of friend’s for my husband’s 50th. Gaia was a fantastic host, helping with recommendations months before we even arrived, and responding quickly to any of our needs during our stay. The kids loved all the cats on the property (note this if you are allergic!) but they do not enter the house. She organized a great dinner on our arrival at the house, and the location is perfect for exploring the Val D’orcia. The only negatives we had were that the annexe house rooms were not as nice as the main villa, and the kitchen could be better equipped with some items (which Gaia has already taken on board). The dirt road leading to the house is also not the most pleasant drive as other reviewers have mentioned, but the views from the house are fantastic! Thank you Gaia & Petro for a great stay!

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Sonia’s place with 2 teenagers. Everything worked perfectly. It’s in a walking distance for all the attractions. Nice restaurants in the surroundings. We had such a wonderful stay in Firenze. We’d definitely come back.

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in San Gimignano! The house is really nice, with attention to detail and above all very clean. The location is great for visiting the village and enjoying the tranquility of the area. A big thank you to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home. I’m a frequent Airbnb guest, in different locations around the world, and I don’t think I’ve had a better experience than here. Simone was spectacularly helpful and friendly , and the meal he made us all on one of our evenings was Michelin star standard. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, with everything that you could ever wish for, especially in the kitchen which was so well equipped ( and I speak as someone who booked a villa in Sicily in June this year, where the kitchen was quite the opposite) The location was ideal, with a view of the Tuscan hills and the Arno valley to die for. I can’t recommend this villa, and especially Simone, more highly

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.

Our stay at the fattoria di Peruzzo was an absolute delight. We were hoping for a peaceful break in Tuscany and Peruzzo delivered! From waking up every morning to a breathtaking view, exploring the olive groves to lighting a cozy fire in the evening, we were absolutely blown away. We loved exploring the Grosseto region and were given fantastic recommendations of key attractions from Giulia. I will be recommending this amazing farm stay to friends looking for a place to visit in Tuscany!

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Ciao, This house and his environment are amazing. It's a real paradise world. A realm of peace and well being. The garden is wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent with the diving and long enough to swim a lot, the river and the forest all around look like a fairy tale. The place is so calm and relaxing. Each morning, when we woke up, we went outside to have our breakfast under nature noises such as birds, trees and waterfall... And what about Barbara and Fulvio? They're so nice and so helpful without being intrusive. They're always available and ready to improve our stay. They are concerned by our confort and they don't hesitate to make us discover typical meals. Thanks to them and we're so happy to meet italian people like them.

Aurora was a very responsive host and accommodated any needs we had. Place was as listed. About 30 min to downtown by bus. Be aware of the last bus back to the air bnb as we missed it and had to buy a taxi back. Overall a good place to stay if you want a peaceful stay outside of the city.
