Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cantonment, Escambia County

My stay here felt like home. The location is close enough to stores and restaurants but away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed time near the pool in the beautiful back yard to decompress and relax. The place was spotless, the bed comfortable and it was just enough space. Rachel was extremely responsive to my messages and checked in on me to make sure that everything was okay. I will be back!

I wanted to find a cute spot for my family to stay while we enjoyed our vacation & this was just it! It was beautiful & peaceful. It looked exactly how the pictures and description said it would. Anytime I had a question or reached out they were responsive. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Going back to your hometown as a "tourist" is always tricky. Tammie's place was perfect! We were just 2-3 blocks from the parade and all the amazing downtown restaurants! When we go home, this is where we will be staying for sure!

Awesome unit across the street from the beach, in walking distance to Florabama and waffle house. It's a nice spacious unit that is well kept, probably one of the bigger Airbnbs I've stayed in personally. If you're going for the beaches do note that some of the beaches are privately owned and that public beach accesses can sometimes be over a mile apart. We were able to go through the beach access a mile up the road, next to the Crab Trap Restaurant. All in all, the unit is a great place to stay and very close to many things to do.

Bryan was a great host and very responsive. The backyard was gorgeous and the host had everything ready and was flexible to extend the house of the jacuzzi to our hours of preference. The hot water in the shower wasn’t working properly but I was noticed well in advance so there weren’t any surprises which I appreciated. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would def recommend this place.

Fantastic location within walking distance of downtown Pensacola and only two blocks from a great organic grocery store. Especially liked having an ice maker and beach equipment.

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Caroline's Gulf Breeze home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. Our dogs enjoyed the backyard and all of the blankets and bed & extras that Caroline provided for them. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and i enjoyed watching the birds in the backyard. Caroline really does a great job with this property and we will surely return again!

This place is of course cozy, gave us a homely feeling. Among all we liked the patio the most, but it was December, so couldn’t use it. The owner provided clear instructions and was very responsive.

The house was great! Very clean! Lovely neighborhood! Would get up every morning and go on a morning walk to the nearby community pier! Neighbors are friendly! Not far from a lot of good restaurants and fun activities! Would definitely not mind staying here again on my next visit!

We stayed for a month and the place was just as promised. Pam was quick to respond when we had issues and questions. Pam went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed When the microwave acted up she had it replaced within 3 or 4 hours. Beds were comfortable and there were several spots to charge devices with USB ports built into some of the lamps and the night stands in the master bedroom. The recliner in the living room no longer reclines but it works fine as a chair. Internet worked well for streaming and for working remotely. TV service from DISH network with a DVR. Internet via Cox The house is located near a curve in a somewhat busy road so it can be tricky backing in or out of the driveway.

key places are always the best to stay, they are very attentive and helpful

We had such a wonderful time, the home was just as described and even better. It was one of the best places we have stayed in and kids was a pleasure. The home was clean and she had it very organized and well stocked, we could not have asked for more. I definitely recommend it!

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Andrea and Ben’s place. We stayed there as temporary lodging while we searched for a permanent home. Andrea was an excellent communicator, was easily reachable, and quickly followed up. Overall a great stay. Would recommend their place to anyone.

Deborah's communication with me was very positive and informative. She reached out to check in with me to see if anything was needed. If I had a question She responded quickly. Loved the stay and look forward to our next visit.

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

The condo is just the right amount of space for no more than two adults. I was traveling solo this trip. The place was perfect for me. Being able to see the sunsets and ocean make this a great spot. Nice Neighbors too.

The unit was very comfortable and clean, and right on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

The condo is in a great location, steps to the beach via a private walkway. The balconies overlook the pool and the hot tub. Maintenace staff was readily available, although I had no issues or concerns. Quiet, but with the expected level of noise for a vacation rental. Martha is a great host and goes above and beyond to be available and make sure you enjoy your stay!!

We were in town for a weekend for a friend's wedding and had actually passed by the purple parrot on our stay last July 4th nearby- wanted to give it a try. The place was exactly as described. Our hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and charming. The tiki bar is right next door and the live music untiil 10 was a fun surprise. There was a pack n play provided which we greatly appreciated so to save some space in our car. My daughters thoroughly enjoyed the pacman arcade game. Would easily stay here again with hopefully a little more time.

Really wanted to stay on the Gulf and accidentally booked on the bay. The bay at Pensacola is beautiful and clear. We could still see the beach/ ocean waves from our front door. Off the back balcony we could hear the waves at the bay just like Oceanside. Perfect location!
