The apartment is exactly like in the ad, we were 4 people 2 adults and 2 children so there was room left but it perfectly accommodates about 6 people , the garage is private and due to the great location we hardly go out by car the apartment is in a strategic location between beaches and believe the location is very important when it comes to having to face the traffic of Bombinhas , the apartment has everything you need to meet the needs to have comfortable days, walking around the condominium in the morning is therapeutic…

I liked everything, they were very attentive. Unfortunately, the refrigerator stopped working, but it's things that happen.

The apartment has a privileged location, just meters from Bombinhas beach and very close to the beautiful and natural beach of 4 Ilhas. Also, being on the main avenue there are many commercial and gastronomic options to get there by walking. Attentive and welcoming host. Accommodation complies with posted features.

We stayed 8 nights in the apartment! We had a great time! Very well equipped apartment!!! We felt right at home, the dpto is close to everything, the pumps beach, supermarkets, gastronomic venues and close to the main beaches! The host Fabian was very nice and friendly! From the first moment we felt at home. The apartment is impeccable with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom is modern and comfortable, and the bedroom is cozy. In addition, the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to downtown and the beaches. Liliana was an exceptional host. She was always attentive to our needs and resolved all our questions quickly and kindly. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. As for the little things, the parking lot is a little small and the access road has some inclination, which can be a bit tricky for those who are not used to driving on slopes. However, this did not tarnish our experience at all. In short, I totally recommend Liliana's apartment. If you're looking for a comfortable, well located place with a lovely host, this is the place!”

The penthouse is wonderful, exactly as in the photos of the ad, the location is perfect is just to cross the street and is standing on the sand of the beach in the center of bombs. The surrounding area has bakery, ice cream, restaurants, fruit, market, pizzeria, pharmacies, beach clothes shops, all close to the same avenue as the roof. Access to the penthouse is by elevator and optional by ladder, very easy to go up and down. Bernara is a great host, even though she was in a moment that she underwent surgery attended us in everything and left everything prepared for us, including Sun guard, chairs, children's board and bucket of toys, everything we needed to have at our fingertips. It has everything in kitchen utensils, which we even cook a lot. Móveis are new, very comfortable couch, there is TV in the living room, in the kitchen and in the bedroom suite. Not to mention that the decoration is beautiful, we spend incredible days provided for the comfort and convenience we had, all my family loved. Congratulations Bernara and thank you.
