Slightly secluded from the historic center but convenient to all services with the slopes of Cimoncino and Cimone more or less equidistant. Apartment in a quiet and green setting with a private fenced garden ideal for those with pets. Clean and functional environments. Alessia is always there if you need it. It was a pleasant discovery. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended also from our furry four-legged😊

I absolutely love this apartment...and La Spezia! Silvio is a great host, very responsive and flexible. My booking was last minute during the holidays and he was quick to respond to questions and just very helpful overall. I spent new year's eve here and caught glimpses of fireworks safely from the comfort of the cute balcony. The apartment is also centrally located, fully-equipped for short or long stays, and is walking distance to everything. It's well-connected to other towns in the area with public transport, even during Christmas! I really enjoyed my time discovering this surprising city on the gulf of poets and would highly recommend staying here. Grazie mille and hope to stay here again!

Franco & Elisabetta were awesome hosts. the instructions to find their place were perfect and easy (which is great for Riomaggorie's streets!!). The place was perfect for a family to rest up after a big day exploring Cinque Terra. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 days with our 3 children , ages 15, 13 and 10. It is a great one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in living room. The accomodation was spotless and had all we needed for the few days. It is no frills accomodation but omg the balcony! The large balcony has the most amazing views and is just perfect for a stay on the Cinque Terre. Valentina was great at communicating and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend and hope to return some day!

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

Brian’s place was a beautifully remodeled apartment in a great location with a direct walking path to the center of Lerici and the marina area. Great view of the bay and the surrounding area. Easy to enjoy an aperitivo on the terrace and enjoy the scenery.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Simone's house is ! We came for one night on our way from France to Rome. We discovered this absolute pearl than Viano is, got a very peaceful stay and the most Italian warm welcome at the local restaurant... Truly amazing place ! We highly recommend !

At our arrival we were struck by the beautiful area of the house, which is surrounded by hill views. The appartment was extremely tidy and smelled fresh. The appartment offers plenty of space, the kitchen is sufficient for home-cooked meals. Our little one of 2,5 years old had plenty of space to play around. One of the rooms is perfect for children. The outside terrace was also quite nice. The Parma area is perfectly located if you plan to visit several major cities (most within 2 hours drive) such as Milan, Verona, Bologna and Modena. Would definitely recommend!

The stay at Chiara and Sergio's place was up to our expectations. The house was found in excellent cleanliness and with everything you need. They turned out to be great hosts for both time flexibility and prompt responses to every request. Finally, thank you for providing the "Naval Battle" game: it dusted memories and entertained family evenings. :) I recommend to all

Alessio’s apartment was perfect for our trip. It’s located within the older city area on a hill so not suitable to walk further than this area, but very easy to find parking around and I liked that it was tucked back. The windows and deck open out to a natural area that was beautiful and quiet. Alessio was always great at responding to my questions and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We were there with a dog, the place is perfect for this as the outdoor area is completely fenced. And even in the rain, you can stay outdoors thanks to the canopy. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. The neighbours were very nice and helpful. We could relax here well.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We felt right at home! Such a lovely Airbnb. It was clean, cozy and well decorated. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Enrica was so helpful and accommodating. Also it was great having the bakery and the store right below us and the bus stop was just a short walk! 10/10

Large apartment well maintained and above all very clean. Two large double bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large living room and a large outdoor space, although we have taken advantage of it little since it is at the end of December. The house is immersed in the spice countryside between olive trees and vines, this means that there is a tranquility and a silence that you do not expect if you arrive from a big city like us. Convenient and private parking available, even considering that the car is almost essential for getting around the area. Let's say we'll be back considering that both we and our small children had a great time!

Monica was so lovely and helpful. She came over quickly for extra blankets when I was cold and to change the propane when I ran out. The space was lovely, and I got to spend two weeks totally unplugged in the mountains reading, cooking, hiiking, and exploring the nearby mountain towns. The whole experience was amazing.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend New Year's Eve with our dog and Fabrizio's place was ideal. A few minutes from the picturesque village of Bagnone, it is in a strategic location to visit the Lunigiana area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need...we had New Year's Eve dinner in the house and the kitchen was really equipped! Very clean, tidy and cared for in every detail. The highlight is the breathtaking panoramic terrace where you can relax in an atmosphere of peace... even our dog really appreciated it! In the evening we were able to admire the fireworks that came from all the towns in the valley. Fabrizio is a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation, it is located in a courtyard of very quiet neighbors, the house is isolated from street noise. Located a few steps from Piazzale Risorgimento and the park where the Corso Canalchiaro street is located that leads directly to the historic center and the Cathedral of Modena and to almost all points of tourist interest. Very comfortable for 4 people, a room with a very comfortable bed in addition to the sofa bed that we were very grateful for having prepared with impeccable sheets, a full bathroom, the whole house very well heated for the cold month of December. Erica was very kind and flexible with the check-in time, and access with the electronic lock is very convenient. We arrived by car and it was easy to park for free in the property's private parking lot. We found a welcome gift and everything was perfectly organized and clean!! We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, which fully met our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome. Denis was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen, in particular, was perfect for our dinner plans. While the road leading to the apartment is a bit narrow, we didn’t find it to be an issue. It’s a minor detail that doesn’t detract from the overall experience. Very friendly welcome from Matteo and his mom. They were smiling and gave us lots of tips and recommendations on city and surrounding services. The accommodation is ideally located 10 minutes (by walking kindly) from the train station to go to the Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it.
