Vacation rentals with beach access in Cannigione

We had a great time at the home of the cormorrans. Ludovica made it very welcoming and comfortable. It's an excellent place to discover northern Sardinia.

A wonderful stay as a family Dora is a fantastic attentive and very responsive host. A nickel apartment in every way and very well located in golfo! I would recommend it 100%

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

We had a very nice stay in Valentina's very nice apartment. The view from the balcony is great and within a few minutes you are on the beach. Currently, the beach is limited in the number of visitors - you should try to book tickets (€3.50/Person&Tag) beforehand. The center of Santa Teresa is just as quickly and easily accessible. We also especially enjoyed Valentina's hospitality. Super friendly and helpful and the apartment was equipped with everything possible to make the stay pleasant. We felt very comfortable right away - thank you again for that!

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

I have nothing to complain about Francesca was super friendly, gave us many great recommendations for our stay in Sardinia and was available in the chat the whole time. The place is as on the pictures - here you can really endure it very well! Not far from the beach and a really wide selection of food options in the immediate vicinity of the property. Everything is impeccable ☺️

If you are looking for peaceful holidays in middle of nature- it is for you. We spend time climbing the rocks, finding our own secret spots for swimming. We also do paddle boarding. The beach nearby is having lots of stones, but we didn’t use that beach much, but instead of that we walked to rocks. Isola Rosa is beautiful town where you can get also a fresh fish. Accommodation was so nice and comfortable. The couch bed is ok for children, but for adult would be less comfortable. But the bed in the bedroom is really comfortable, so good mattress. So thank you for everything!!!

The location provides a wonderful view of the water and nearby islands. The property is big enough so that you can get away to your own private niche.

There were six of us and we had a great stay at Davide's house. The location was just top and the view from the terrace beautiful. The place and everything you needed was within walking distance in just a few minutes. If we had any questions or needed anything else, Davide was right there. As I said, we had a great vacation.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Roberta was a great host, very accommodating when we needed a favour with a late check out owing to a traveller getting ill. The place is perfect for watersports with an ideal garden for drying gear and a very short drive to the beach. A great stay!

We spent an absolutely wonderful time at “Seaview Villa” with our extended family. The pictures really don’t do the villa justice - the house is gorgeous with lots of charme and coziness and the view and garden are simply breathtaking. In a short walk you reach a gorgeous beach with the clearest water imaginable and Porto Cervo and the surrounding area offer a nice variety for dinner and day trips. In general, it is very recommendable to have a car to get around the island. The communication with Valeria and Francesco was great, they were super helpful, nice and very easy to reach. Valeria gave us some awesome tips for trips, restaurants and shopping during our stay - thank you so much! Check-in and -out with Consuelo were also extremely nice and flexible, thanks you! We definitely hope to be back soon!

Nicolo's place is exactly as he describes it. We had a very good stay. The area is ideal because of the proximity to the main points of interest in the area (beaches, restaurants, bars, etc.) We'll definitely stay there again.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

A very beautiful place in a privileged setting. A host who is always available and responsive. A very nice service.

The apartment is located in an extensive and very well maintained property vacation complex. Not far away are some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But also Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is very nice. Everyone was easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were happy to have a firm base. At the beginning of October it is very quiet here, hardly anyone was there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 min away by car, as we shopped for the whole stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family plenty of space. Internet was very good and we could easily see movies with us via the firestick. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

Tommaso was very welcoming, helpful and available. He answered all our requests very quickly and fully.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Tomasina has welcomed and very warmly. We were allowed to check in a little earlier. She was always quick to respond to my messages and give us valuable tips. Super cared for all around. The apartment is really very nice and well located. We will be happy to come back! We highly recommend Tomasina and Franco's apartment. Dear, great hosts. Thanks!!

We stayed 10 days at Rosi’s place with our 15 month kid and we had a great time there. It is close to the center so easy for shopping and go for coffee or drinks. There’s a small beach 2min walking, not the greatest of sardinia, but it was perfect to go with the kid. From Palau, you can very easily take a boat to visit the near islands or take the car to visit the north of Sardinia. Rosi’s place was clean, comfortable, well equiped and well located. She even provided us a bed and chair for the baby 👌 It was quite easy to park our car around (end of august). There are some free spots around (available early in the morning or in the evening) or a paying parking that we used a couple of time.

We had a great time at Alessandro's place which is very welcoming, friendly.. The very clean,modern, well equipped accommodation with sea view terrace. Alessandro his wife and daughter Irene are very responsive, they gave us good advice on restaurants, visits to do nearby I would definitely recommend housing. See you soon

the house is a spectacle for the eyes, immersed in a lush, well-kept garden, very quiet, day and night. The house is equipped with anything, the Mr. Lucchetta is very kind. An unforgettable experience 🤩
