Nice apartment with lots of light and all the basics necessary for visiting Lido/Venice. Two good-sized bedrooms, kitchen has everything you’d need, and Daniella was very friendly and helpful. We were there in the autumn but still managed to have time on the beach although we were primarily there to visit Venice and see the biennale. It’s a good 10-minute walk to the vaporetto from the house, passing through a lively neighborhood with cafes and shops and there’s a supermarket near the vaporetto stop, which was convenient. We organized our days so that we were in Venice most of the day and returned to the apartment for dinner as it is long to go back and forth to Lido on the vaporetto - but they run all night! We had a nice time staying at Daniella’s and would definitely come back here!

Good stay in great apartment, near Mestre station that in a few minutes left you in Venice, and with the possibility of taking the bus to Venice with a stop in just 100 meters. Magnificent communication with Ornella who cares and is interested in making you comfortable.

My family and parents stayed in Villa Gina for the last three nights of a two week trip to Italy. We were all a bit worn out and the space was perfect for us to recuperate. The large living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. This was a wonderful set-up to give everyone a little space from each other. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Gina has thought of every detail. You can feel how purposeful she is in how she cares and arranges everything. She was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Villa Gina truly felt like a home away from home!

The location is literally just a few steps for St. Mark's Square. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the Vaperetto (water bus) stop. The property is well furnished and in good condition. Great place for a family to stay. The host even provided welcome snacks, water, and bubbly drinks. They were very responsive to communications and available nearby for assistance. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is one level above one of the heavily travelled tourist areas so there can be some crowd noise, which dies off later in the night. The windows are double paned which subdues most of the noise. Overall this is a great property and would stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in quiet area. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need. The bed was super comfortable. There is an AC, which is helpful during the warm summer. We also worked from the apartment. The wifi was excellent. Chiara responded super fast and was always very helpful. Highly recommendable.

Very nice house close to many places in veneto. New amenities, with everything you need. Breakfast food was provided and it was amazing, as well as coffee, tea and some beverages. all the house has air conditioning, which was excellent and necessary.. one room has full privacy, the other not quite since it has an open ceiling. would recommend!

great place to stay, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some canned games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a holiday in serenity! Beautiful outdoor space with a table and even a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very kind and helpful host, she also left us a welcome thought 💞 Highly recommended for families too!

I had a very pleasant stay 👌🏼 The location offers both the possibility to work well (laptop, WiFi is good) and to relax. It is pleasantly quiet and the pool is very nice. I had my bike and would recommend it to everyone to explore the area by bike. I would say just right for a prolonged weekend. If you want to improve something, it would be in the kitchen's equipment. This is very limited and only for the most necessary. Giulia is quickly accessible with tips and recommendations and super friendly via Messenger. Due to a car breakdown, unfortunately our stay did not go according to our plans. However, Edwin and Irene were very helpful and supportive to provide assistance while we were dealing with our car issues. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable for 5 people. It's large and bright, and the bedrooms and bathrooms offer sufficient space. The location is well suited to visit Padova, Venice and other surrounding towns. Edwin and Irene (and their very cute dog) are the perfect hosts, really. It was a pleasure to stay and we would fully recommend the place for any other AirBnB guests.

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

This little villa was exactly as advertised. Beautifully surrounded by greenery and only 10 minutes away from the beach in foot, it had the perfect balance of quiet and lively. Barbara is a lovely host, and will give you lots of recommendations on what to do around Cavallino and in the greater Venice area. The ferry to Venice is only 5 minutes away by car, and you can get one every 30 minutes or so. All in all, a great location and a gem of an airbnb if you want to check out Venice and the Adriatic beaches. Highly recommended.

Monica's place is a nice little gem. The apartment is on the second floor and, despite being surrounded by busy roads, it is fairly quiet and serene inside due to good insulation and windows. The apartment is updated and charming and Monica has outfitted it with everything guests could need or want. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were even soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. The bedrooms are relatively large and the living room with the TV is quite comfortable. We had a car and there was ample free parking on the street but we never needed public transportation so we can't speak to how easy it is to catch a bus or train from there. There was a laundromat within a close drive and a decent pizzeria within a short walk. While it is tricky to find and get into initially, the instructions are clear and the host is very communicative and responsive. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! Monica’s Airbnb is one the most beautiful and amazing stay which we have been to. My family and I truly enjoy the stay as the house was cozy and spacious for 6 people. Although it was a quiet town, there are still lots of activities which can be done eg: hiking, visiting wineries and buying skiing stuff…

The house very is nice and clean. Everything was there for usual household activities and we didn't miss anything. Place is very nice and quiet.

We had a very comfortable stay and quiet night sleep at Marco and Elia’s place. The location was 5mins walk from Trevisor Train Station which allows us easy access to Venice, Bassa De Grappa, Vecenzia, Padua and many towns in Veneto region. There are also plenty of good restaurants, supermarkets and cafes at Trevisor. All within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone who are keen in exploring the area at their own pace.
