Vacation rentals in Canhestros

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful place! Patrícia and her wife were great, warm-hearted hosts - we lacked nothing. They gave us great tips for the area (the recommended restaurants are great!) and even welcomed us with wine and a small snack. The house is well equipped and is very nicely quiet . Nevertheless, you can start flexibly from there towards the sea and other excursion destinations. There is an idyllic walk towards the beach and otherwise the pool is right by the house. How would definitely come back again!

We slept in the apartment for two nights together with our 3 small children. We are not particularly impressed by the neighborhood, but there are a few nice restaurants close by and the beach is 5 minutes away by car. Also we took a nice walk through a pine forest on top of the cliffs along the coast. The apartment was completely fine and clean. There were even some toys and lots of beach stuff for the kids.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

What a spectacular view (although the patio is mostly in the shade all day). The house is really special and so well set up. I loved cooking in the kitchen and reading on the desk. It was perfect for a cool weather vacation to just hang. The “town” is really only two restaurants and a beach and the drive to Setúbal is quite an adventure itself (very winding road on the edge of the cliffs). The one thing that wasn’t super clear was that there about about 100 steps to get to the house from the parking area. The garden walk up the hill is lovely though! The host family is wonderful- helped with bags and offered to make reservations. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

My friends and i had a wonderfull time in the beautifull house of Joao! The location was close to town and the beach. The house it self was clean and spacious! I would definitely recommend this place for a stay with a group of people in Vila Nova the Milfontes!

Great stay in Carvalhal. The house is comfortable and conveniently located. The host was friendly and helpful. Everything we needed to enjoy a summer holiday in a beautiful place.

One of the nicest Air Bnbs I’ve stayed in a long time. Tiago was very friendly from the moment we drove up the drive! He showed us around and gave us recommendations of places to visit. The accommodation and facilities were spotless! What my partner and I loved the most was how peaceful it was! You can faintly hear the sound of the ocean - we can’t wait to come back 🙏🏽

The apartment r very nice and clean and tide

We are a group of friends and the place was perfect for us. Diego Alexandre is very responsive and friendly. The house very large and well located and Odeceixe is very nice. We would recommend this place to have a great holiday in this area.
