The apartment is very new. The spaces exceeded the expectations of the photos. All very clean and organized. The outdoor area is a great differential. Although the swimming pool was small was widely used and was delicious. All air-conditioned surroundings that worked very well. Essential for the heat of BC. The apartment is very cozy, and complete. However, when we arrived the next day the air conditioning broke, the night was very hot, the owner of the super helpful apartment, tried to arrange a technician to check what there was, but unfortunately there was no return, and we ran out of, the entire lodging practically, from 12/30 until the day 01/04 summer period. The water was also running out, I believe it should be due to high season. Regardless of these mishaps, the trip was amazing and the apartment is wonderful!!

The experience was very good, we needed only one night and I had many doubts, through the chat the host Paulo answered me super well, being very requested by answering all my questions and being flexible with checkin. About the place, the cost-benefit as I needed on the last minute on 12/28 was excellent as well. I recommend the experience and we intend to return.

we had a fabulous stay, I would have liked the apartment to have some beach items and a more modern TV and it was a bit cumbersome to have a single lift for so many people. The overall experience was very good, Aline very helpful.

House organized, clean, has all the necessary utensils, everything working super well, clean pool and is close to everything, super market, bakery, ice cream shop, and the beach is about 8 minutes away by car. The host was super communicative, she welcomed us very well and indicated several places for us to go. We had no problem in our stay, everything was perfect!

The apartment offers everything needed for a few days in the city, it was clean and organized. Check-in is well explained by Taiana, and takes place without problems! The location is good and easy to access, a great option for those who are passing through the nearby cities!

Great stay, the place is extremely close to the beach, Ferris wheel and the deck that takes the beach from the hole. Very neat and organized apartment, the view of the pool area is spectacular as well as clean, only requires attestation, which in case we take with our private doctor, if it is on-site Sai R$40.00 per person. The stay was quiet, everything perfect, only negative point is in busier times, we wait more than 20 minutes to catch the elevator as the big demand but nothing to get in the way. I would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice place! We were a short time but we were able to enjoy the pool, the leisure games (pool, metegol), play football, and we also enjoyed the games for the little ones! Very good market to get you out of trouble in addition! The neighborhood is quiet, the place is clean and with a nice view of the morros. Thank you also for the clear directions to get in!
