Our stay at this property was truly an unforgettable experience! From the warm hospitality to the thoughtfully curated amenities, everything was perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. The amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable—geyser, microwave, gas oven, fridge, LED TV, AC, iron, a spacious dining table, a cozy sofa, and a luxurious king-size bed. The beautifully decorated room, along with a clean and well-maintained washroom, added to our comfort. One of the highlights was the big, wonderful balcony, which provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another fantastic feature was the well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to unwind and was accessible until 7:00 PM. The attention to detail and overall ambiance made this stay truly special. We are grateful for such an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending this place to others. The house is located in prime location,near to Candolim beach,very peaceful society. It has a very big ,well maintained pool.Lush greenery surrounds the place.The house is very clean and was cleaned every day.All the amenties are provided.There's ample curtlery,you can even cook. The hall is very big ,perfect place to hangout with the group.Its located on ground floor.There's porch on two sides of th house,one with pool view which i loved

Both Aniket and Amit were very responsive. The location was excellent, and the flat was amazing, offering a luxurious feel. All key locations are within a 10km radius, making it easy to explore the surroundings. It truly is a lavish flat, and I had a wonderful time.

beautiful, spacious and well equipped villa inside an equally beautiful, lush green and well maintained gated community of 10 villas. well equipped kitchen with adequate crockery, cutlery and glassware. fresh linen provided everyday including separate pool towels. bathrooms stocked with toiletries. full time house keeping staff cleaning the bedrooms daily, and the kitchen after every meal. the house keeping staff can also cook breakfast for guests, and made tea/coffee for us on demand!! although we started off looking for a property close to the beach, we decided to explore Assagoa village on this trip. the plunge pool/jacuzzi and the butler tipped our decision in favour of this property. and having started at this property, definitely recommend it lastly. a special thanks to our host for allowing us a late check out since our return flight was delayed

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Great Place to stay for group of 8-10 people have huge space and very positive vibe

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

We reached out at Parth & Suril's property at Ashvem - 'Easy Breeze' and let me tell you it sticks true it's name!! As soon as we entered the property, we knew this is going to be special. The balcony has the most amazing view of lush green surrounded with Mango tree, Cashew tree, Palms, and a small chilli farm initiative taken up by the hosts. The essence of this home is it's cute looking decor that has an amazing affect on the overall charm of the place. The kitchen has all kinds of amenities and is surprisingly very spacious. The bedroom is pleasant with plenty of windows and enough sunlight to keep the room warm. But the best part is the balcony. Facing towards the East you can witness the Sunrise and the Moonrise. We were lucky to stay during the Full Moon night and was awe struck with it's beauty right at the comfort of this beautiful property. It's a shame that we couldn't extend our stay but we will definitely be there for a month long stay soon!!! 🤠.

I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We had a lot of fun in this quaint place, easy to reach, a little far from beaches but close enough to good eateries around. South and north both are accessible from here. The house is super clean and very comfy . The only thing which was unexpected was the size of the pool. Looking forward to come back here sometime.

The property is extremely beautiful,closer to the nature in a peaceful community. The flat is exactly same as shown in the photos.Neat and tidy, aesthetically designed and from the balcony, you can get a glimpse of Nerul river. House-help Pushpa didi comes everyday for cleaning purpose. Society pool is also very clean,we had a great time there. The place is 2km away from Candolim beach making it easier to reach all the famous spots of north Goa. Supermarket is just 500 meters away. Hema had also given the contacts for Airport cab and scooty for rental. Both the contacts were very reasonable and provided the service at our doorstep.Overall, This was the perfect place for us and we fully enjoyed the stay at Hema’s place. Would love to come again
