The place was clean and nice. Just that one of the room’s doorknob is loose. Also cannot close the main door. ATE (caretaker) was very helpful. Owner also very responsive which is very helpful. Thank you

The property is easily located on Google Maps. The host was very accommodating, and although essentials like towels and an amenity kit weren't listed, they were still provided. The place felt like home, and all appliances and furniture were in good condition. Even though it's not large, it has enough space to accommodate more than the six of us. My infant son didn't experience any allergies, so I can attest to the absence of dust. My family really enjoyed our stay and hopes to return in the future. Awesome work to the host and everyone involved in keeping this property in such great condition!

Great place and very accommodating host. The place is easy to locate using Waze or Google maps. Parking is a bit challenging since we used a family van. Our driver managed to fit the van in the parking space. The host also recommend alternative parking spot which is great option. The place is clean and comes with complete amenities. I totally recommend this place.

Probably one of the cleanest Airbnbs that I've visited. Moreover, my family got along with the host very well because he's very responsive and open. If you do have questions about the area (things to do, where to get supplies, etc.), he'd be more than happy to help. Rating the overall experience with a perfect score. We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. It was a bonus that we could cook at home. The host was incredibly kind and even picked us up outside the village, which made our arrival so much easier. Overall, a very pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend!

The hosts were easy to transact with, even with multiple reschedules, our requests were accommodated. Rooms were sufficient for a big family. A bit far from what we expected from the city proper but not that big of a hassle. All in all, the stay was pleasant even just for 1 night.

This was my first time booking a place in Naga City, and it exceeded my expectations for accommodations in my hometown. The unit was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and secure, and its location near the centro and plaza made it easy to get around, especially for commuters. For a short-time getaway, Casa Emmaria is a great place to wind up and while the time away. I find the place very ideal if one needs some quiet from the hustle and bustle of city life. The only thing that I could make a comment on is the shower room where the floor did not allow for the water to drain appropriately due to the fact that there was nothing that separates the shower floor from the outer area and prevent the water from flowing out all the way, But overall, the place was a great place to stay. I will stay in it next time. Maybe the shower room may undergo a little improvement by then.

This booking was really a rush booking due to bad weather condition that’s why we needed a place to stay right away. The host was very responsive and she accommodated us right away. The only thing is that the picture in the app did not match the room that was given to us. Though according to the host basically the same lang sya with the one in the picture and they have to accommodate us early since we don’t have a place to stay. The plus factor with them is that when we arrived at the condo we were able to check in right away. We didn’t wait for the 3pm to be able to be accommodated and I was very grateful for that 🙏🏻 the thing that I want to suggest would be towels, other toiletries like tissue and soap. Other than that it was a great place to stay. The location is very good and the place is very cozy. We will surely be coming back again and will recommend the place to other travelers with kids ♥️

A nice unit near the city centre. Encountered some problem with missing towels but was solved quickly as soon as we messaged them. The entire building has a smell I don’t like, but it is not too bad. The overall experience was great. Thank you :)

Our stay was absolutely worth it! The design and placement of the appliances were so well thought out. We made the most of everything laundry, blower, Netflix, cooking, and the kitchen area everything was perfect!

The place is extremely clean and well-maintained. The location is great. It’s in a residential area near a school, so you may hear dogs barking in the morning and the national anthem at 7 AM, but it’s not disruptive. The apartment offers great value for money, with more beds than expected and mostly brand-new amenities. The host is very thoughtful, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Do note that it’s a two-story apartment, so stairs might be a consideration for some. It’s a comfortable and well-equipped stay, offering great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Booked this because of the pool and board games. Kids loved the stay and lots of activities to choose from inside the unit. Room was super clean and smells good. I love that it has complete kitchen needs. For me it is a bit pricey compared to other rentals we stayed in the big cities like Manila and Cebu with same amenities and features. But we had great stay.

My family in Naga stayed in Mr. Samuel’s place during the Pepito typhoon. The place was nice and very safe. He’s so professional and communicative host. My family love his place. They say it feels like “HOME”. Thank you sir, Samuel for being a great host. Highly recommended to group or Family who wants to stay in Naga. The place is also near “Centro” where you can do a lot of things. Good place. Good foods. 💯❤️
