Vacation rentals in Canal des Rotours

It was nice to have a designated parking spot to come home to after a day of Guadaloupe roads. GPS is essential! We could walk past one house right to the small neighborhood beach and to two directions on the coastal hiking paths. One direction goes over the headland to a bigger beach. So many magnificent natural areas to explore! The rooms had most everything we needed or we figured out a way to make due. The English isn't commonly used except by some in a tourist business but communicating by the Airbnb app with automatic translation works great. FYI-Google translate and some college French from 50 years ago really helps in Guadaloupe as all signs, brochures, instruction sheets etc are not bilingual as we often saw in France.

Tropic Chic (SI!) has an atmosphere of a luxury hotel, in a private and secure neighborhood with access codes. The villa was generously stocked with everything we needed for the week (in the kitchen, in the bathroom and for the pool/beach). We really enjoyed the aperitif, snacks, local fruits and breakfast that were waiting for us when we entered the villa. The pool was refreshing when you got home every night. The communication between Muriel and us was proactive, informative and also responsive. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful villa. Muriel: Thank you so much for a week in paradise in Guadeloupe!!!

We had a great time at the villa which was very well equipped. The arrival breakfast is a plus after a long drive. The outdoor space is nice. Located 15 minutes by car from shops, not inconvenient for us. We'll be back:-)

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Gregory's place is perfect and conveniently located. One of the best places we've ever had in our many trips Christelle Et Stephane's welcome is also perfect. We really enjoyed this place and are even ready to come back. i highly recommend it. We did it in our many trips.

Charming wooden house on the side of a piton. The discreet noise of the river below, and the calm of the site make it a zen place 🧘‍♀️ The location of the house allows you to discover this beautiful area of great white sand beaches. Very spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean 4 bedroom villa just 10 minutes south and up the hill from Deshaies, 15 min to Grande Anse beach, 20 min to Anse de la Perle beach. These are spectacularly beautiful beaches (no seaweed either) which were never crowded. Lovely outdoor and indoor spaces. The cozy pool is a nice amenity. Suzy provided one breakfast and one home-cooked (delicious) dinner for us. She is a very kind and gracious host. There were only 2 of us but our stay was for 9 days so we appreciated having lots of room to spread out. One of the best vacation rentals we've had, in any country. Highly recommended.
