We really enjoyed the short stay at this well-cut and privately located place. The outstanding feature is certainly the private location with a beautiful view of the water and the animal visit in the morning at breakfast. We would come back anytime and highly recommend a booking!

Tidy and clean house, extraordinary value for money, very comfortable parking space and garden. Professional and available host. Highly recommended . We stayed with two children and they had fun even during the hours spent in the house. We'll definitely be back ♥️

It was a very pleasant stay, starting from Valentina's impeccable kindness and availability, who provided us with all the necessary directions and was also very flexible. The house is very clean, tidy and there is a lot of food available; in addition, from the highest room you can wake up and admire a breathtaking view of the mountains. I hope to be back soon!

Wonderful holiday, beautiful house and surroundings. We enjoyed the pool and views. Gabriele was really nice and very accommodating. Our favourite day out was to the Caserta Palace and Gardens and our favourite meal was at Piz'Art in Caserta. Would have loved to stay longer.

Guiseppina is an excellent host, she was easy to contact and provided great tips on what to see in the local area! The apartment is clean and spacious with all the essentials you need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The TV is large and of good quality and includes netflix. There are great panoramic views of the sea from the terrace. There is a desk and monitor for working if needed (only VGA connection though) and also WIFI, though I found it a bit too slow for anything beyond basic tasks. The old town of Minturno is pretty, but there was not much happening when I visited in January, and most restaurants were closed, but it looks like there would be plenty of options during the summer. I did get to the flat by walking from the train station, which is 30mins, but there are also local buses which stop by the house. Overall would recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed my stay.

Very welcoming apartment. Tidy and clean, equipped with many comforts. Federico is very helpful and accurate. Nearby there were both restaurants and basic shops; convenient location for points of interest such as Roccaraso or Opi/Pescasseroli.
