We stayed in this apartment with our teenage daughters and our pets. The home is very clean and comfortable in a quiet area with personal parking space. Easy to reach. It has everything you need to stay and we also found coffee, necessary for breakfast for the first few days, oil, salt and all the essentials. Alessandro allowed us to arrive before the scheduled check-in time and we were greeted by his father, a very friendly and helpful person. We visited a part of Tuscany that is always beautiful and, thanks also to the good weather, they were wonderful days. Definitely to be returned to and recommended. Thank you Alessandro for everything.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We especially loved the pool, partly because of the beautiful view. The apartment is richly equipped and is in an ideal place to explore surrounding villages and cities. In short, recommended!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this secluded olive grove. Starting every day with a refreshing dip in the pool was our absolute favorite ritual. The area is suitable for easy and medium hikes. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

We spent 10 days in Stefano's house and had a very good time. The house is a 10-minute walk from the center of Porto Santo Stefano and is in a great location to get around the Argentario territory. It has all the necessary amenities for the stay and is very clean. Stefano is a very kind host who has provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. Highly recommended!

Claudia's place was a perfect for us to stay few days close to town centre of Viterbo. It was quiet and cosy home with all we needed. Special thanks for recommendation to visit Monte Cimino - the beech forest was magnificient. We also visited Bullicame open-air hot springs and nice botanical garden near to hot springs.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and bicycles to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is on a small hill in Tuscany. From your own garden section you have breathtaking views of Siena and the great countryside. In the evening you can also enjoy the sunset there with a glass of wine. The apartment is stylishly decorated and offers everything you need. We felt very comfortable. The landlords were also very warm and helpful. Communication was always quick and smooth. We can only recommend the place!

The entire property was absolutely wonderful – from the location to the overall living experience, everything exceeded my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind, showing great care and hospitality from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. On my arrival, the host thoughtfully gifted me a bottle of wine, plenty of fresh fruits, and some delicious chocolate pastries – such a warm and generous gesture that made me feel instantly comfortable. The house itself is very spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, I would wake up feeling refreshed and grateful, as sunlight poured into the rooms – it was simply beautiful. I genuinely loved my time here, and whether for a short stay or a longer visit, this place is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

We stayed here with our family for two months. In the meantime, the host was very kind, thoughtful, prompt, and accurate in responding to our needs. That made our life in Siena very peaceful, relaxing and stable. In addition, thanks to Nadia and Alexandro, who always kept the house tidy and clean, we enjoyed the comfort of checking in for the first two months. I was so grateful that I felt at home for two months and was able to stay without lacking anything. Also, as described by the host, there are supermarket conad 2 minutes away, delicious pizza restaurants and restaurants, and places to shop nearby. There is a taxi stop right in front of the house, and there is an intercity bus stop 7 minutes away, so it was very useful. We are looking to book here again next year. ♡ I'll never forget the beautiful and lovely little garden.
