"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Great Location and great amenities! This cabin is in the best spot in Concan; conveniently located between two of the best attractions to visit (River Rd and Garner State Park). Bring your camera; this property has fifteen acres to hike and explore; views are mesmerizing! There is a large gathering area with a large fire pit, chairs, and a picnic table for you to enjoy with your family and friends. The property is very unique; it has caves and a stone wall up in the hills as well!

Neal's Lodges Papaw's Place

Papaw’s Place is a 2-bedroom/1- bath cabin with a loft nestled in the trees at Live Oak RV Park. It is a short drive to the Neal's Dining Room, Hank's Fishing Tank, and the nightly dances at Joe Jimmy's. This cabin sleeps 10. Enjoy private river access while staying here! All cabins are furnished with: A/C, basic pots and pans, dishes, utensils. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. This is a pet-friendly property. Our pet fee is $25 per pet per stay.

The Lodge (3 bedrooms and a loft) and its Casita (2 bedrooms) have bedding for up to 18 guests and 4 bathrooms with giant walk in showers. The open and spacious floor plan contains a large kitchen and dining area with enough seating for 16+ people. The Ranch Cabin @ Whiskey Mountain Great Location

My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples State Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utiopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.

Come visit one of the best places on the Frio River. Oasis Resort has it all... a private riverbank, swimming pool (heated to 80 degrees in the winter months AND if there is 50% occupancy rented), basketball / volleyball, playground area, cabana area, gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, and located at Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, Smart TVs, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

Sonny's Place, 2 bedroom/2 bath extremely comfy

Sonny's Place is a cozy and welcoming home for groups up to five. It's a great home base for enjoying the Nueces River that is just minutes away by car. Great access to Three Sisters, a southern Hill Country scenic byway, and the Mission San Lorenzo De La Santa Cruz grounds are a minute away.
