Vacation rentals with a patio in Cambridge

Just had a lovely couple of days away here. The long barn is in a really peaceful, quiet area. Ruth communicate well before and during our stay. Ruth showed us around when we arrived and checked all was OK when we bumped into her when we popped out. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen utensils etc and milk waiting in the fridge for a cuppa. The bed was huge and comfy. Ruth even left us a birthday card. lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Lovely modern, clean apartment. Cams place had everything we needed for our stay. Great base for exploring Cambridge and the added bonus of a parking space, could even see the car from the apartment.

Really lovely stay, everything was perfect, clean and spacious for 2 people, well equipped kitchen and great shower. Set next door to the owners house but felt very private. Stayed for 2 nights to go to a family party so really appreciated a brilliant light filled bathroom with a big lighted make up mirror for getting ready!

A perfect place for us as my daughter’s flat is 5 mins away in the car. Loved the enclosed garden for the dogs and the private off street parking. Spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. For us it was ideal and we intend to come back however it would not be suitable for everyone. There is a lot of noise from the upstairs flat which didn’t bother us too much but would have been impossible eg with a small child. We came to the conclusion that there just isn’t any insulation between the upstairs and downstairs. We loved it so thank you x

Pete's house was incredibly peaceful. We made wonderful memories with my family. We unwound from the day's fatigue on the feather pillows and duvets. The house has many board games and a cozy atmosphere. I will come back again and will rent Pete's house again. The location is very close to bus stops, and you can reach the city center in 25-30 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus. Tesco is 10 minutes away, Starbucks 15 minutes, Lidl 15 minutes, and Pizza Hut 15 minutes. Thank you so much again, Pete.

Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

Had a fantastic stay at graham's. It's certainly not in the centre of hustle and bustle but beautifully located in lovely surroundings and easily accessible to nearby towns. Great for walking my dog and a great gastro but within walking distance. would happily recommend for anyone to go to graham's. 👍

Beautifully presented house in a quiet residential area - very convenient for visiting Cambridge and nearby places of interest. The house had everything we needed for a lovely few days. Sawston had plenty of nice coffee shops and takeaway places. Hope to return!

Jane was very responsive and accommodated flexible check in and check out, and an extra night with short notice. Absolutely pristine and spacious house, all required amenities and lovely breakfast basket. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks again Jane - will be back!

Hosts were both lovely, friendly & helpful people will be saving this lovely place to return when we are in the area for sure 😊 There annexe was very clean, tidy & cosy exactly as described & more highly recommended!

This was a very pleasant stay. We stayed over the Christmas period and Diana’s place was a home from home. Diana put up a few Christmas decorations which was not expected but very appreciated. Very close to all the large supermarkets and other big brand stores. About a 20/30 min walk into town, as it’s all flat it’s a very easy walk. Was a bit worried that we would be disturbed but noise from the street and rd. but it is extremely quite and no disturbance at all. Great Chinese takeaway just yards away and you must check out The Empress pub which is close by where it’s Christmas all year round. Very comfortable beds which aided a good nights sleep. Diana was very responsive and answered any questions quickly and was happy to asset. We would definitely stay again 10/10

Lovely accommodation with everything we needed and comfortable beds. Great comms and unfussy, friendly hosting. We live in the area so obviously we think it's a great place to stay for visitors to Cambridge!

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

Highly recommended This is our third time. Mandy is very friendly and helpful. It is in such a lovely peaceful area. Super comfortable clean warm and cosy. We were treated with a visit from gorgeous male wild pheasant in the garden. We visited family however lots of touristy stuff around this area Bury St Edmunds has Catherdal Abbey gardens and ruins. Old buildings cobbled roads The nutshell smallest pub in Europe plus you can have a tour of brewery with samples. Sharan and Paul .

The location was fantastic with shops and restaurants close by. Loved the quaintness and history of the building but also the kitchen and bathroom were pristine and well stocked. I cannot fault the host, instructions were clear and when we did have a problem putting the tv on, we contacted her and she got back straight away and we were able to u distance what we had done wrong(didn’t switch the firestick on). We had a great stay.

A lovely apartment, in a nice and quiet area. The apartment was spotless on arrival, even with towels, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits. Fast WiFi and cable TV. The host's direction were perfect. Car parking seems secure. Shops and pubs were only a short walk away and the city centre is only a short drive away. The whole process of booking, check in and check out went very smoothly. Highly recommended. Thank you for making our stay very easy and enjoyable.

Viv was responsive and helpful throughout our time here, the apartment was spotless and had all the essentials needed as well as added extra touches. Plenty of things to do as well as leaflets in the apartment, Viv also provided a local taxi number which was much appreciated. Would happily book here again.

The accommodation was a great choice. It is located close to Cambridge city centre. It is stylish and modernly furnished, warm and comfortable with all modern facilities and conveniences. This comes with a private and modernly furnished patio garden. The flat is spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. We had a 3 night stay, that because of the owner's support in providing a free parking permit meant that we left the car parked up for the duration of our stay. It is a short 10 minute walk from the accommodation into the main shopping and hospitality centre of Cambridge which is an impressive and historical city. The accommodation is located on the ground floor that made arrival and unpacking quick and easy. We have throughly enjoyed the accommodation and hope we may return again in the near future. The owner, Felicity was particularly helpful, very pleasant and supportive from the outset of our arrival. She provided a welcoming presence on arrival. Thank you from us both.

What a fabulous stay! Great location, convenient for local shops, restaurants and cinema and close to town centre. Also amazing to have on site parking. Easy check in with key box. Super comfortable beds, huge shower, hot tub and everything you need for a home from home. Host could not be more helpful. Such a fun stay! We will be back!
