My mom, uncle, brother and I loved our stay here. It was quiet and peaceful and the overall place was clean. We liked that there were clear instructions placed in a folder so we don’t have to keep contacting back and forth. That made our stay easy. Totally recommend this place! 💛 Thank you!

Alexandra’s place felt just like home. You can tell that Alexandra likes to host - she had home-made biscuits and a little written message waiting for us. The beds were very comfortable and extremely clean, the bathroom was immaculate, the location was quiet and calm. A stunning home, that easily accommodates 5 people. Thank you Alexandra!

This Airbnb was awesome! Me and my girlfriend booked with Jill for the night as we had a Glowworm Kayak trip in the afternoon and was only 15min drive away. We were both amazed at what a lovely place it was. It was also walking distance (100-200m) to the river with the Podium Café alongside it. 10/10 we would definitely come back to stay again and recommend to others who are doing a similar activity or just taking in Karapiro. We really appreciated the hospitality and it felt like home away from home. Thanks Jill :)

Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

Our family loved staying at Heemi's home for a short holiday and to move our son into University. The house was clean, comfortable and clutter free, with high-quality furniture, a lovely kitchen and comfortable beds. The number of bedrooms (4), toilets (2) and showers (2) made it perfect for our family of 5. The house layout is excellent with bedrooms separated from the living areas. Excellent off-street parking. Only a short drive up the road to Hamilton City itself for shops/places to eat. Heemi was very responsive to messages and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Heemi!

We had a wonderful stay with our two infants😊! The place was so clean and very comfortable. All adults also commented on how comfy the beds were. There was a lovely port-a-cot already setup on arrival which made it so easy for putting our little girl down for a nap right away. Alex was very friendly and so helpful before our arrival. Wendy was very informative with check in and check out instructions. We used this place as a family group as a base to attend the Hobbiton Half Marathon event. Worked out perfect!

My family of three (plus my elderly parents) stayed at this beautiful home for two nights. The hosts were very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay (as well as during our stay) and access to the property was very easy. The title "Home Away From Home" is very appropriate, as that's just what it felt like on arrival. It was a pleasant surprise to find some goodies waiting for us on the kitchen bench too. Such a lovely, thoughtful touch and was greatly appreciated. Very comfortable beds, clean and tidy house. Had everything we needed. Would love to stay again when we are next in Hamilton. We had a very relaxing stay, we didn’t want to leave. A fab central location with some very nice extra touches - coffee, tea, milk and cereals provided. Really comfy beds, nice linens and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend. We’d stay again.

We had another great stay at this little hidden gem. This was our second time staying at Wayne and Kim’s little apartment and we were not disappointed. It was super super clean, well presented and full of little surprises . . . A bowl of fresh fruit, several different flavours of coffee pods and a bathroom drawer full of essentials were just a few of the personal touches that awaits you . . . A secluded spot with a really comfy bed . . . We couldn’t ask for more . . . 110% recommended

This place is a real gem. Just mins by car from the centre of town. Lovely, private and peaceful surroundings. Very well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Great communication :-).

Lovely spot - excellent location to Claudelands Area for our Summer concert !! Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

Stayed at Jun’s beautiful home for 2 nights with my family! Place was spotless, beautiful interior and really spacious. Great for families with young kids. Pool and Spa were lovely and clean and we absolutely loved our stay! Would stay here again😊

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.
