Waterfront vacation rentals in Camarones Beach

Had an amazing stay at Patricia’s place! Everything was as described, bed was very comfortable, building was quiet, checking in was quick and easy. Apartment was well pointed with everything you need if staying in to cook, along with thoughtful additions like a Bluetooth speaker, plastic storage containers, and grocery bags. It is very close to excellent restaurants, shopping, and downtown. Very safe, and friendly helpful staff, will definitely be back! Having the one bedroom was great, felt spacious with lots of room to spread out. Pools were great, and ocean and beach easily accessible. We saw whales outfront every day, breaching right in front of the resort, it was spectacular! Patricia was very responsive, and was flexible with checking out as we had a late flight! Loved our time there, and will be back!

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

What an amazing holiday! The condo was perfect! The location in Versailles area the best. We watched sea turtle laying its eggs on beach right in front of the condo,watched mama and baby whales breaching while in the pool , sunset watching from our balcony unbelievable then the fireworks later in evening. Pools sparkling clean lots of poolside chairs.we are booking again already and our in law came for a day visit and booked a month in 2026. Can’t say enough nice things about our hosts or you will think I’m related and not! The best vacation out of 18 stays we have done in Mexico. Thank you so much Patricia and Larry 😘

This unit had a great view…..mostly what I went to a beachfront condo for; great location within the complex. Quiet guests, many older retired folks so no loud music or other distractions. The unit was clean and well-furnished. The host and assistants were very responsive to questions or any issues. There is a huge grocery store (think super Walmart) just a block away so it was easy to get provisions on the way home from nightlife (just a few dollars in an Uber to some of the touristy spots). We stayed for less than a week, but it is a complex (and this unit in particular) that one could be continent for an extended stay. The beaches in Puerto Vallarta are not sugar white as in Cancun or the US gulf coast, but compared to other sections, this area was walkable. The ocean is very close, and with no bugs it was great to leave the doors open and listen to the surf at night (when cool enough not to need the AC at night). Each room has its own heat/cooling unit that worked very well.

I have stayed in harbour 171 many times. This unit has been the best by far. It has everything you will need. From beach chairs to beach louners on the deck. A beach bag with so many extra towels/ beach blanket. Stainless steel drink mugs for the pool. Beautiful shower. This place has all the things and more. Never once ran low on toilet paper,dish soap,laundry soap. The unit itself was comfortable clean decorated nice. Smelled nice. Bed is king and very comfortable. Pool was lovely. Beach was so nice . Check in and out was quick . Self check was great.

Leticia was an excellent host and the condo was just as described. When we had a couple of questions and requests Leticia was prompt to answer and came over to meet with us to make sure everything was good. She was easy to speak with and the condo was exactly as we expected. Great building central to the marina area with perfect views and amenities. The other guests in the building were very pleasant and friendly. There were no surprises and we were extremely satisfied with the condo unit, the building overall and with all interactions with Leticia who we would highly recommend. We had a great month staying at her condo which made for an excellent experience for us.

We very much enjoyed our time in Boca and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Kiri was a very responsive host and stayed in touch at every turn. We had some WiFi issues (common in the area) and Kiri kept us informed. She was also very helpful with local recommendations.

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

It was ideal for us. Wonderful views and the best service with a smile ever. Uber driver left without letting us know he’d arrived and Rosie took us to the airport. We can’t say enough about how wonderful she is

Our group of 5 had such a wonderful time here! The house and grounds are stunning, so beautiful and spacious. The views from the pool and patio are incredible, and being steps from the beach was amazing. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. I can’t recommend this spot enough, we can’t wait to come back!

Heaven on Earth!! My family truly enjoyed themselves here and I definitely would like to come back. The only mistake we made was that the extra food charge meant we can literally order whatever extra snacks & hold over foods we needed for our stay. It was unclear so we didn’t take advantage of that at all….Especially having 2 little kids on this vacation. The chefs, cleaners, and welcome host Enrique were the angels that this vacation a memorable experience for my family. I truly appreciate the conversations & suggestions they provided us. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. It’s a great reset for you. You will come back refreshed from your trip.

Jeffry's place is honestly even better in person than in the pictures. It was amazing. The house is HUGE and the space is beautifully decorated with artwork. The outdoor space was the highlight. The pool was awesome and, although the hot tub wasn't quite hot (and seemed to be under a bit of repair while we were there) it was still warm and enjoyable. We went with another couple that had a 1.5 year old and our son was 2.5. The house was fairly easy to kid proof, but if you go with young ones you'll definitely want to watch them around the steps into the living room as well as out back by the canal (there's about a 4-5 foot drop from the backyard to the canal). But, if you avoid those things, everything else is magical. Yessenia the cook was SO lovely and her food was fantastic. Highly recommend. On the whole, an amazing stay. Would Very much recommend and would most definitely stay again for sure. Thank you Jeffry!

La Jolla de Mismaloya is a gem ! The views are breathtaking, whales passing almost every day were the cherrie in the top. This unit was perfect, super clean, ALL the staff is beyond friendly and they do anything to make you comfortable and feeling home away from home. All the facilities are very well kept and shinny!! The pool is perfect and it has access to the beach. Definitely will return!

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 5 weeks in January and February 2025 and really enjoyed it there. We would certainly consider staying there again for an extended period. The balcony and view are incredible. We often saw whales from the balcony. The unit itself was very functional and exactly as described. It was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. The beds were fine for us but fairly basic. We didn't use the pools but they looked very nice. There usually were a few lounge chairs available throughout the day although by late morning the available loungers would be not right against the pool. The air conditioning worked well and the internet is very fast and reliable. The street from the main road to the building is fairly rough and dusty but still quite walkable. It looks like they are getting ready to start another large condo building right beside Harbour 171 so construction noise could be an issue at some point in the future.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this gorgeous condo in Puerto Vallarta. It was the ultimate blend of romance, beauty, and privacy. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean, especially during sunset – absolutely magical! The condo itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved having the private balcony where we could enjoy quiet mornings with coffee or romantic evenings under the stars. The location was ideal – close enough to enjoy the charm of downtown Puerto Vallarta but tucked away just enough to feel like our own little sanctuary. The host went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches and local recommendations that made our stay even more. We can’t wait to return. The place is excellent, the location is good and the apartment was in excellent condition. Super recommended, no problem all 10!. If you're looking for a place to be quiet, being able to get out and about but also spend the day in the pool or beach, it's the ideal place to stay.

Absolutely amazing apartments! We were super surprised with the view! Sunsets, ocean - it is hard to properly explain how mind-blowing is the experience! And best part of that - whales, whales, whales! I think we saw them in 13 days 40-50 times at least from the balcony! Rory and Sergio are great hosts! Super responsive, attentive, helped with many preparations in advance and during the stay. Apartments are completely new, area is safe and there is much what to do on that beach - horse riding, jet ski and else! Highly recommended!

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

We had a great stay in 105 at Casa del Mar. It’s a really great location in Bucerias being about a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, market. But just outside the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet at night. Also being right on the beach is amazing. Hearing the waves dance with the beautiful sandy shoreline never gets old. The apartment itself is very nice. The double sliding doors opening to the patio overlooking were always open allowing the nice breeze to keep the condo cool. AC is available and also worked great. It has all the amenities you’d need. A couple suggestions would be a cooler, or cooler bag or two for keeping drinks/food cold if going to the beach, or grocery store and some to-go cups for drinks. And perhaps a portable beach umbrella and chairs, Tommy Bahama style or something like that. Brian from Vallarta rentals was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. He’s a great guy. Overall, my family and I had a great time
