We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything We will surely repeat again.

We had a perfect weekend with friends, the house complies with everything it describes, in addition we had a perfect time and we even enjoyed the pool! It is perfect, spacious and above all with a natural environment, perfect to disconnect. Our host was very friendly and very helpful.

The house is better than it seems in the pictures. We had a great few days with friends. Very good location for the greenway of Ojos Negros. Elisa was very helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Mery's airbnb as a family holiday - ages ranging from 5 to 82! We really enjoyed Mery's place - the rooms were spacious and the house was great. The kids especially loved the pool and we spent most of our time either by the pool or at the front of the house on the verandah. We had hire car which made getting too and from the house to visit Valencia, beaches and to get groceries easy. I enjoyed the tranquility and peace and quiet being outside of the city. We throughly enjoyed our time and Mery was a great host - recommending good restuarants and places to visit during our stay. Thanks agian Mery!

Ivan was a great host. If you are looking for an interesting and unusual place to stay in Valencia, Molino Real ticks all the boxes. Its design is on a grand scale. There cannot be many apartments that come with their own private rooftop swimming pool!

A super nice and spacious home. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the garden! The host was top notch and pleasant in communication. Very helpful, for example when we were allowed to drive to the supermarket on arrival.

We had a great time at Nadine's house. It has all the comforts to have an unforgettable stay. The kitchen is the jewel of the house, it is well equipped, with cutlery, crockery and kitchenware, there is a Nespresso coffee maker and Thermomix. It also has cleaning products and utensils. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the garden has a well-kept and very pleasant for both children and adults. Nadine was a great host, attentive from the first moment to make sure we were comfortable and giving us recommendations about the area. We'll be back for sure!

A fantastic villa exactly as described. Very spacious and with beautiful views. Ideal for a girly weekend or large family groups. I was on my Hen weekend and this villa was definitely a great choice. BBQ ( gas) and bar area was great as was pool and hot tub which was perfect temp. My advice would be to book taxis with the villa or hire a car as the location is remote. However we knew this beforehand and so it’s important to be organised on this. Joanna was very helpful and booked all taxis for us. Valencia old town is about 35 mins in a cab we got a cab to the old town to sightsee and then got bus 32 to the beach area to eat. The taxi back to the villa ranged between €30-45 better to get an Uber back as we found the local taxis struggled to find the villa on the way back where as two of our group got Ubers which did not have an issue ! Overall a wonderful, luxury villa with helpful hosts.

The house was rented for a group of friends to spend a week cycling in the area, and the house and garden worked beautifully for that purpose. The Living Room was a light and comfortable space, with nice views through the garden toward mountains and the sea, and the kitchen was well-equipped for making and serving communal meals. The grille near the pool was perfect for making meals to serve on the terrace, or dining room. We arrived in April, so the pool was still cold, and the garden not yet fully tended for the season, but the setting is very nice. Orange trees provided morning juice, and the blossoms on the trees were just starting to open up. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean, the windows providing beautiful light in every room. We were all sorry to have to leave, and look forward to coming back.

We went to a family reunion at Begoña's place. The house is big, we were 12, the house has many corners both inside and in the garden where we could be or all together or in groups. The pool is wonderful. The perfect BBQ. Our stay was great. Being close to the airport you see and hear the planes but you get used to it. Begoña is an artist and his house is full of his works, paintings and sculptures. And every day we discovered some new painting or sculpture that surprised us. In the house, as in all, there are aspects always that can be improved, but in general everything is functional and sized for so many people (large fridge and freezer separately for example), enough kitchen (plates, glasses, towels..). I recommend it for large groups

Wonderful stay at the boulevard! The views where by days spectaculaire. Sun rise, storm, flat sea, waves,... We loved it! Laura was a great host. Proactive and very helpfull. We recommand her place to every body. Valencia is closeby, Castellon and Sagunto even more and are also great cities to visit! Enjoy your Stay!

The house is wonderful, we were a samana end with friends and has everything to enjoy: bbq, pool, beach nearby... The house has all the amenities. We will definitely be back because we loved it!

We spent a long weekend with the children in the house. We were unlucky with the weather, as there was a lot of rain and wind and we couldn't walk around and enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked. But the house is in a village that is very quiet in winter to go and disconnect (the downside is that in winter many of the services are also closed, if you are looking to live on the street). The house in front has a path where you can walk safely if you go with children, and the beach is in front. The garden is really nice and the best thing is Alejandro's service, who is attentive to everything the tenant may need.

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.

We spent a few days as a family and the accommodation was perfect,ideal for families and very close to the beach,the location is excellent, Mar and Fabiana as hosts have been very attentive and very friendly at all times.

100% recommended! I don't think we've ever been treated as well as Angel did! He really made us feel like we were in our own home! Upon arrival, she explained absolutely everything about the house and the area, in addition to having left us some cold drinks in the fridge! The house is wonderful with a charming garden in a very quiet area next to the beach! I really only have words of thanks for Angela and her father Angel who took care of us. If we return in the coming years and it's available, we won't hesitate to go back!
