Beachfront vacation rentals in Calhoun County

Lovely property!!! Stayed with the family for a week and we all had a blast. Beautiful view, incredibly convenient beach access right across the street, comfy sleeping, lots of towels and toiletries, plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies (huge plus for those who like to cook most meals), covered parking for 4 cars + outside shower and downstairs bar area, nice TV’s in every room for late night movies or lazy nap-times, and a gas station with fresh food market close by for last minute needs. Highly recommend!!!

Had an amazing time! Rose’s place was extremely clean, peaceful and very relaxing. Not a lot to do nearby unless you’re there strictly for relaxation and fishing, which we were so it was perfect for us. The fishing was great! We caught some Red drum, Black drum, catfish, even a small black tip shark! It is a great crabbing location as well. The pier was great as well! The only negative thing about the pier was that it was not lit. Although, we did make do with a few headlamps and a spotlight. All in all I would definitely book this location again, as it was an amazing trip down to the coast.

The Pelican was perfect for my needs in every way. I had a long term project in Point Comfort and didn't want to stay in a hotel for 2 months. I couldn't have written a better script than the Pelican. The size was perfect for me, everything about was exceptional and functional. , I wouldn't change a thing about it.

Goodness, I couldn’t WAIT to do this review!! I must say this is the best experience I’ve ever had with any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Josh was amazing from day one! For starters; my family and I had an extremely long day of travel so by the time we reached our destination we were tired and exhausted. I had trouble getting into the house “completely my fault 🤦🏽‍♀️” Josh was so amazing! I messaged him on the app, let him know I was having issues, he immediately remotely unlocked the door, then walked me through the process of how to access entry in the future. The house was amazing! Every detail was intentional and meant to make guest feel welcome and at home… During the stay Josh frequently checked in with us to insure we were okay and enjoying ourselves. The views were amazingly beautiful! It was right on the water, the yard was beautifully manicured. They even had games to play on the patio! I really can’t say enough about it! Thank you Josh! 🙂

Stay was great! Really enjoyed the property with the views and fishing in the bay and off the pier. House was clean and comfortable.

This was a father and son weekend fishing trip. The location was perfect for that. We made good use of the pier. Caught several good fish after the tides came back up the first night. Unfortunately the lights on the pier did not work. We did catch a 30 pound black drum the first night using our Cell-phone flashlights. The fishing during the day was good. We ended up keeping 4 black drum 17 to 19 inches. The house was very nice. It had everything you need. We definitely want to go back. Hopefully rent both houses, use the pool and fish all night. Highly recommend this place. Its a good place to get away, even if you don't fish.

We have an annual fishing trip that we take to target Tarpon and are always looking for a place to stay with a boat slip. Brandon's place fits the bill. We will be back.

I can’t say enough about our experience my son and I wanted a peaceful place away from tourist and traffic and this place delivered. The host were very quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed didn’t need to go to town for nothing. The scenery and the neighborhood was very quiet and comfortable and safe. We would love to come back again and I never say that lightly. We appreciated able to use the kayaks and fishing pier was the biggest plus here. One last note our host had homemade Xmas cookies which were delicious and we took them home for the road trip lol thk u you all for a well run stay❤️🙏🏽🤙🏽

Really enjoyed the weekend family get together . Place was very private but a few minutes from stores and restaurants. Relaxing and cozy

I was really impressed with the property and the host! Leah was very responsive and helpful. We felt safe and at ease with the location of the property to the pier. We let our boys walk to the pier by themselves…..

Even though I was here for work, I really enjoyed staying here. It felt like home. Very clean and peaceful place. I would definitely come back.

My son and I had a great time at Rosangely's place. It has a beautiful view of the water and the private pier was really fun for us to fish from at night. Rosangely and Ramon were fantastic hosts!! Very friendly, and responsive and just seem like wonderful people you would want to hang out with. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. 5 stars all the way!
