Good place, good location, and good price.

Festus' place is close to the river - perfect for our group to do some flyfishing. Festus asked to see if we needed early check-in, but we did not. The home was clean and roomy accommodating 4 adults- no couples. Festus left chips & water for us - a nice touch. We spent 2 days fishing ending each night watching a movie on the large screen TV. All beds were comfortable & we had everything to cook our meals. The table sits 2, but lots of seating with the couches & patio furniture. After being on the river for 2 days we requested a late check-out to sleep in and recover & Festus was more than happy to accommodate. After checkout Festus called asking about a missing TV remote. After a few times searching through all our stuff we found it and returned it. One of our group was packing up beside the couch & the tv remote must have fallen in to his stuff. Festus was very understanding and was extremely professional although this must have been a major inconvenience for him. Highly recommend!

My third stay at this lovely space. always super clean and comfortable. the kitchen is really well supplied with everything needed for cooking meals. super comfy bed!

Simisola is a nice host! She was very responsive and had helped throughout our stay whenever it was required. She helped us accommodate 1 hour before our check-in time. Entire place was very clean and kitchen had all the utensils which are required for cooking. Really nice experience and will definitely book this place again if I’ll be around.

I never saw Veena, but she was just a message away via AirBNB messaging or SMS. We appreciate the free snacks and coffee/tea (but we had to ask for hot chocolate). We love how complete the bathroom and washroom are: soap, bodywash, facial cleanser, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, perfumes, etc. The kitchen also had all sorts of cooking equipment imaginable (which we put to good use.) Towels and linens were more than enough, and smelled so clean and good. My only constructive feedback would be the curtains. They were too stiff and did not adequately cover the bedroom windows. But this is a minor issue because the area is peaceful and had very few people. We will definitely consider staying in this place again.

This was a great stay. Brenda was extremely accomodating and the place was perfect for us. Brenda is also very responsive which is great if there are questions. The apartment is close to lots of good restaurants and the Bow river which was lovely to explore. We stayed there for the stampede and you could walk if you wanted or it’s about a $10 Uber. I would 100% recommend this apartment.

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb with our dog. It was clean, private, and had all the necessary things. The hosts were flexible and friendly, very easy to communicate with. The only issue I had was getting through the gate to access the back entrance . the fence is nice and tall for privacy, but I am not that tall and would not have been able to reach the latch from the outside. Thankfully my husband is very tall! I would recommend adding a pull cord or some kind of latch lower on the fence. However, that is literally my only slight note to improve on. It's a basement suite so you are going to hear noise above you, but the hosts were quiet and respectful in the evenings, and we were the same. There is still some construction blocking a lot of road parking as it is a new development, however, we still managed to park decently close. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others!

This Airbnb is an absolute must-stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It’s incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room to relax and feel comfortable. The location is also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities—there’s plenty to do in the surrounding area for both families and solo travelers. Amy was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and available to answer any questions we had. She really made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, hands down. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this Airbnb is the perfect choice!

We booked last minute and Bella was extremely responsive and accommodating. We have nothing but positive things to say and we wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed over Christmas with all our kids and grandkids. Very clean and good comfy beds. The general areas were a bit smaller than anticipated but we made it work. There weee a few minor issues however Fay was quick to respond. Would recommend.

Emily is a great person to deal with. The place is worth staying. We've been there for 3 weeks, and I can't complain about anything. Kudos to the host.

I had an incredible stay at [Host's Name]'s Airbnb! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was ideal—close to all attractions or conveniences yet peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided excellent local recommendations, which made the experience even better. From the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Una’s place is cozy and in a great location. Bed was comfy too.

George is a great host and has a beautiful place right on the river walk downtown. Everything from coffee shops, restaurants of all kinds and a gym within walking distance. He was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. I would recommend George as a host and this unit to anyone.

Denise’s place was as described. It was clean and priced well. The location was great and a it’s in a nice neighborhood.

This is a great place to stay. It’s quiet and apartment I had a nice vibe. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

The entirety of my extended stay was phenomenal. Melissa is an incredibly professional host who did everything to make my experience as cordial as possible. She showed genuine consideration for me as a guest and went over and above to ensure a seamless transition into and out of the unit as well. The condo itself couldn’t be in a better location. Both the city and nature are right at your doorstep. The interior is bright, warm, and comfortable, stocked with practically everything you’d want or need. I can’t recommend Melissa’s first-class service and properties enough. Thanks again for everything!

Modern, quiet building good shower. Mattress was a little hard for us but we got used to it over our 9 day stay. Apartment had everything we needed and Stephanie was very particular in protecting us from COVID She wore two masks as she met us and provided masks, sanitizers and gloves for us Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our arrival.
