The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

We had an excellent experience at Tamara's place. The apartment has a spectacular ocean view from the 21st floor. The building and garage are very safe. The kitchen is very complete. You can walk to Reñana beach sector 5 in 15 minutes, the climb back can be a bit tiring but we did it every day without any problem. We'll be back !!!

The apartment had everything needed to do everything, and everything was very clean and tidy. What we liked the most was that they had things for the dogs.

Victor's house is wonderful, much better than what you see in the photos, which are apparently a little older. Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, with everything you need to have fun and rest. Very friendly and concerned hosts. Our only observation is that on the other side of the gazebo there is a large hill of horse manure, so the smell is not pleasant when barbecuing, and there are usually many flies. We also suggest adding a clothesline. The place is completely closed and fenced, very safe for our dog. We will definitely be back, 100% recommended.

The accommodation is highly recommended as it has all the amenities. The host always answered our questions.

Flawless apartment in every aspect. The location. Very close to a nice beach. Easy access by car with security measures for entry and exit. The entrance to the property is autonomous with an electronic lock. Communication with the host was smooth, correct and immediate. The apartment itself is very nice, as described, bright, modern, clean and with beautiful views of the city. It has double and blackout curtains in all rooms. It is equipped with modern and functional appliances; the same for all the Required accessories. The garage, one of the most spacious and comfortable I've ever seen; easy vehicle access. First-class choice in Viña del Mar.

Our stay at this cabin was excellent. Located in a very quiet and easy to find area, perfect for getting away from the routine. We stayed almost a week and had no issues whatsoever. The patio is spacious and pleasant, surrounded by abundant greenery, making it an ideal place to relax. Also, just two blocks away there is a business where you can find everything you need, and the cabin is close to the beautiful Playa de los Enamorados and the mysterious Pirate Cave. It's the perfect place to enjoy the day, whether it's resting by the tinaja or exploring the vicinity. Andrés was a very attentive host and was always available to help us. We definitely recommend this cabin for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

I had a very good experience at the Laguna Verde beach cabin. From the first moment, the lady who rented it was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The cabin was fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. The location is good and completely rural, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Thank you for everything!"

Beautiful place, very comfortable and matches the description. It was ideal to go with pets because the space is closed and not shared. Very comfortable and with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. I recommend it and I hope to return.

Super good experience. The apartment is in a good location, close to the terminal, the mall and steps from downtown. Carla was a very good host, very concerned, kind and friendly. If I go back to Viña, I'll definitely stay here.
