The place was very easy to find. We were greeted by their very helpful and friendly staff Kuya Dodong. The house was amazing! All the rooms were clean and tidy, bedsheets and linens were neatly placed and smelled nice too! We had lots of fun cooking in the very spacious kitchen and had our Media Noche in the dining hall with a view. Greatly recommended place. Very helpful staff and will definitely recommend to friends and family who are seeking a very nice stay in Tagaytay.

The place is perfect, it is secluded and private. You could really have the vacation you really wanted. You will never get bored because they have lots of activities from the board games indoor and the outdoor activities like kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, bonfire etc. Kudos also to the helper she really helped us in all of the things we needed. This place deserves 10/10 stars

This place truly felt like home! Everyone in the family loved the warm and inviting ambiance. The house is beautifully built and thoughtfully maintained. The cook and caretakers were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with Margaux was seamless and effortless. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future

I had the most incredible stay at Lago Verde. As most of the reviewers have stated, the boat trip alone was a fun adventure. The entire place feels so remote that it was so easy to relax to the sounds of nature and the spring pool was also refreshing. Check in and communication with Joey was a breeze and the staff at the resort was very helpful. I hope to plan another trip there in the future!

We welcome the year 2025 and had a great staycation of 5 nights at Sir Kelvin's place. We enjoyed the cool wind and the view of trees and plants inside the property. Sir Kelvin was very accommodating and friendly too. The place was so private, peaceful and picture perfect. The kitchen was equipped with the things you will be needing for cooking. It has pantry too so you can buy some snacks and condiments whenever needed. You can also bring along your furbaby because the property was fenced. Thank you Sir Kelvin and Happy New Year.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Brisa Verde is 10/10 for my friends and I. The bnb looked exactly like the photos, probably even better in person. The lot is very spacious & the houses were enough for 12pax. It’s very aesthetic & clean as well. Ate Lily & the other caretakers were very hands on, friendly and catered to our requests. One thing that sets this listing apart is that they offer catering. This made our trip very convenient, and the food served was great and worth the value. Will definitely come back & recommend to others as well! Kudos to our hosts & their team.

If you’re planning a visit to Tagaytay City and have a car, I highly recommend booking this accommodation. It offers a peaceful and private retreat that truly surpasses standard condominium rooms. Located just a 5- to 10-minute drive from the city center, it’s conveniently situated for exploring the area. However, if you’re relying on public transport, keep in mind that while it’s a viable option, the distance to major tourist attractions can be a bit challenging. Transportation in Tagaytay isn’t available 24/7, which might make getting around a little tricky. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for those with a vehicle, offering comfort and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy your stay! 🥰

We had an amazing stay at Cathy's unit in Tagaytay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, and Ate Regine, the caretaker, was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer any questions we had, and made sure we were comfortable. Future guests might also want to bring their own sponge, as one isn’t provided. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely book again on our next trip to Tagaytay. We had a pleasant and unique experience when we stayed here. The place is clean and all the appliances are available for use. My kids love staying in the attic since it’s surprisingly spacious and you can feel the cool breeze from outside. Innsbruck is indeed a modern bahay kubo in the middle of the city. The host is responsive and accommodating as well.

Place is a gem to find! If you want a pool, clean and a private fenced secure area this is the place to be. The owner and the caretaker is also very responsive, helpful, friendly and will guide you to the area if required. The place is perfect and near local restaurants which is surely we've tried! Coming from New Zealand this place perfect for us as well as their great air conditioning, ameneties and breakfast(which can be ordered). Please do also try their Coffee and Breakfast ! its one of the best foods we've had! 10/10 place. 100% would come back and reccomend. :)

Suggestions: - Include a notice about the parking space. - Add a detailed instructions on how to locate the place or put up a signage outside to easily locate the pin. Other than these, our stay at the Sylvan was great. We were welcomed warmly and was given a tour immediately. Kuya Jeff was also very helpful. They have a lot of amenities and other activities your family or friends can enjoy. Very spacious and everything you need is there so it's also convenient for guests.

☆ It looks exactly as what is on the listing! 😍 ☆ The place was comfortable for 18 persons (reasonable extra charge after the 16th person). 🏡 ☆ The caretaker was very responsive to our needs. We requested for assistance with the karaoke, bonfire and ordering food from their partner restaurant—which we loved their chicken inasal! 🎶🔥🥗🌯 ☆ We had good sleep because the mattresses and pillows were so soft. 😴 ☆ Our furbaby was really happy, too 🐶 Thank you! Even if it was just an overnight stay it was worth it. We hope to come back when we can ♡

We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s birthday here! There was so much to do, and everyone had a blast. The kids especially enjoyed the mancave. It was the perfect spot for them to hang out. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and memorable getaway.
