Vacation rentals with beach access in Calabria

My wife and I vacationed in Italy for 6 weeks. For our last 2 weeks we stayed in Tropea. We were not disappointed! Giulio's apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The place is right in the town with lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The beach is amazing. The water is crystal clear. We swam everyday. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the train station, so if you're not traveling by car it is very convenient to do day trips to other towns like Pizzo or Scilla (which we did!) When we arrived in Tropea we were met at the apartment by a young man who got us into the apartment and showed us how everything works and answered all our questions. Giulio is a wonderful host! He was always immediately responsive and gave many recommendations. Tropea is a lovely coastal town! We walked everywhere as we explored the town and the locals are very friendly. We would love to return and rent Giulio's place again!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in the month of Ocotber. The apartment is cute! It has a full kitchen as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom only has single beds, in which we did not use. The shower is quite small and if you are overweight you may have trouble for the shower ( we did not have any issues). There is a washer as well which is very convenient! The location of this apartment is perfect, it's situated right next to the stairs to get down to the beach, and 2-3 mins walk to the centre. The sunset from the balcony is stunning. I recommend this place! Thank you Lina !

Our stay in Praialonga was absolutely a treasure. From start to finish Caterina was absolutely a lovely host and goes above beyond and made our stay lovely. We absolutely loved the welcoming touch with homemade muffins. We look forward to coming back to the region again. The place is exactly as pictured. I already miss the sounds of the sea. Very well maintained accommodation with an amazing roof terrace - super equipped, great view, absolutely quiet, partially covered, enough space to relax. The pictures show everything - exactly as described, great for feeling good!

A very nice apartment in a really perfect location, within walking distance of the sea, with great bars and restaurants just a few minutes from your doorstep. Paolo was very kind and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to access the apartment and move easily in the area.

We were pampered by the warm waters of the sea of Davoli and the attention of Antonino, a fantastic host who I highly recommend that our stay was as comfortable as possible, a kind and non-intrusive present, an exceptional location very comfortable to the sea and the center but at the same time quiet and quiet, which is still true, so they only make beautiful Calabria shine even more, thank you and we will be back again for sure

Antonella's residence has all the comforts possible and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

Rosalba and her family members were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location was absolutely breathtaking and her home was beautiful, comfortable, and made our time spent in Calabria so special! Thank you, Rosalba!

+ All good and Franco is a very good host + He is always available and very helpful + Franco shows you the area. - The fridge is a bit noisy. - There is no real kitchen available.

The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

The house was nicely decorated, well-equipped and clean. It had all the necessary amenities, with extra towels and bedding provided. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the nearby beach was beautiful. Communication with the host was excellent, we've got some valuable tips throughout our stay.

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

We enjoyed our visit to San Lucido. San Lucido had very few tourists. It is a small and quiet village. Graziella's home has a lovely terrace with beautiful views. She and her son were very responsive to questions and were helpful with tips about the area. It was a nice homebase for us to stay in a centrally located area while we explored the much larger region of southern Italy.

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Very comfortable and quiet place. Ample space outside with a small garden perfect even for the evening. Perfect location between Tropea and Capo Vaticano. We hope to be back soon
