Vacation rentals with beach access in Calabarzon

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

We are attending a wedding in Taal church. Glad we saw this unit in airbnb. Aside from affordable price, ang ganda at laki ng unit Very accommodating din sila. Will surely get back here!! Super recommended! 100000⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is super nice. Complete things in the kitchen, we didn’t have any major issues. Kuya (caretaker) is super proactive din because we have a lot of things, he already prepared the trolly upon check out.

It's rare to find a place in Philippines with amazing view and hotel quality place. The ambience is very cozy and checking in and checking out was super smooth .Would love to come back again to this place !

Great location and amenities, especially helpful if you have young children. The water park is a good option to keep the kids busy during the day and the SM (mall) and restaurants are all walkable distance (convenient). The condo is as described and clean. The owner/hosts and Barbie (local) are easy to communicate with, friendly, and even kind to allow us to have a late check-out! I highly recommend this place without reservations.

The host was very responsive and attentive to the guests needs. It’s just sad that the pool was close during our stay. But overall, it is a great place to spend time with your loved ones.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

The place was very beautiful, with its large spaces, thriving trees and a wide view of the sea. Utensils and utilities were all clean and complete, ready to use when we got there. The beach was also very beautiful although the sea is a little bit rough but completely within expectations. Wished we stayed longer and would like to go back again.

I had a great stay at this Home in San Juan Batangas! The place was clean and cozy, and the host was very kind and quick to respond. I highly recommend it for anyone!

It's 100/10! Very private and quiet place, same as advertised. We love that it is very accessible to the beach. (We were able to access and roam at the beach the soonest we arrived!) My kids and pamangkin enjoyed playing in the sand building their sand castle. The beach sand isn't all fine sand. It is the same as they say. Sand, rocks, shells. So bring your beach shoes so you can walk to the beach longer. They also have beach volleyball, net, kayak and stand up paddle. The sea has lots of sea creatures, fishes, hermit crabs, crabs. We were able to spot some jelly fish, starfish and sea urchins. We were only able to dip in the sea. It is not deep and kids were able to walk so far in the beach to play. As for the place, it is very IG worthy! Every corner everywhere, we were able to get good photos! All the staff are very helpful and they are one call away when we need them.

Overall, our stay has been great! Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

Responsive host. Easy to get to! Best part was there were 5BRs and 5 bathrooms. :) Each couple/pair didn't have to share their bathroom! Everything was neat and well designed. Only downside was the beach - not so swimmable but nothing the host can do about it. Will definitely stay here again!

Maritess and Chato are both accommodating and responsive. Malinis ang kwarto, mabango at very welcoming. If we will go back to Azure, Maritess' place will be on the top of my list to stay with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay. Love the space of the entire unit, comfortably fits our group. My favorite part is the kitchen. Modern, clean and has all what you need - owner must have anticipated the guests’ needs (cooking guests😊) - no need for us to bring so much stuff as everything is provided already. Love also the bathroom - very spacious and has hot water system installed. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to family and friends.
