Vacation rentals with beach access in Calabarzon

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

Unit is all good and had a comfortable stay. Host is easy to talk to. I can consider this staycation as something to put up on core memory. Thank you!

The owners are very accommodating. They also post ahead of time the directions on how to get to the place. Also, they informed us ahead of time of any power interruptions. While also on the venue, the owners are very nice to us.

We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. It's rare to find a place in Philippines with amazing view and hotel quality place. The ambience is very cozy and checking in and checking out was super smooth .Would love to come back again to this place !

Place was very convenient, been to other airbnbs in canyon cove and this is one of the best units i've booked. Ground floor so no hassle of climbing up the stairs, very near the pool and beach and the place is big. The wifi was fast enough for remote work setup and the place is complete of cooking materials and utensils even for grilling. They even let us stay longer since there's no booking the next day which is a plus. Will definitely book this place again.

Great location and amenities, especially helpful if you have young children. The water park is a good option to keep the kids busy during the day and the SM (mall) and restaurants are all walkable distance (convenient). The condo is as described and clean. The owner/hosts and Barbie (local) are easy to communicate with, friendly, and even kind to allow us to have a late check-out! I highly recommend this place without reservations.

Our last minute booking was handled immediately. Host sent me all the needed instructions including contact details of the caretaker. Caretakers are very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The place is good for our family of 16 with senior citizens who occupied the 3 bedrooms at the ground floor. Remaining members stayed at the attic though no a/c, fans were provided; place is so breezy at night and has lots of mattresses, hammocks and bean bags. Place is very cozy. Kitchen is located outside for big family dinner overlooking the ocean. No wide beach front but has access to the beach and we even had a bonfire with the help of the caretakers. Only concern is the noise coming for the resort beside it. Videoke was too loud though they tone it down after 10pm. We'll definitely book again for family getaway. Thank you for accommodating us.

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the start, the hosts were incredibly responsive, answering all my inquiries promptly and setting clear expectations in advance. They even gave us a call for orientation, informing us about the tight space on the way to the property and confirming if our vehicles would fit. A special shoutout to Ate Yna, the caretaker, who was so accommodating, helpful, and kind. She assisted us throughout our stay and even helped us get some of the things we needed. When we encountered an unexpected issue with the gas stove late at night, the hosts addressed it as soon as possible the next morning—such great service! The place itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for my extended family. We also had a fantastic time at Little Boracay and the floating cottage trip. Our bangkeros went the extra mile, preparing the grill and even cooking our lunch for us! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and experience here. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Red Beach House was perfect for the short notice, impromptu trip I planned for my first visit back to PH in 23 years. The trip was mainly for my nephews & nieces whom I've only met for the first time, all of whom are in grade school & high school. The property easily accommodated our party of 20 with minimal overage charge for having 6 additional persons over 14. Victoria was prompt & very pleasant to speak with & quite possibly be the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with in 7 years of using AirBnB. The kids truly enjoyed what the property had to offer, as did the adults. The onsite staff was a welcomed surprise as they relieved my Tita from cooking duties. Len, the lead staff member, along with manang Eve & manong Eric were very much part of the whole experience at RBH. The Boodle Feast they prepared on our two evenings onsite truly made this reunion memorable for everyone. I also recommend the house call massage by CJ & the mani-pedi by Maria-fe. Exceptional stay! Encore!

Comfortable bed, easy to get in

Anna’s place was great. Good use of sustainable materials which keeps the place alive and clean. Communication was very smooth and clear. Anna is very agile in processing the guest form and our indoor parking space. Comfortable stay overall.

Marlon’s place was so clean and full of the things we needed like water, hair dryer, towels, kitchen ware, and many more. The check in was smooth and on time as well. Marlon was very responsive ever since I booked his place which I really appreciate! There were free shuttles roaming around pico until night time and the area felt really safe. It was easy to get to and from the beach at any time we wanted and the guards were really helpful. I recommend staying at least 2 nights. Overall, would love to stay again! Thank you!
