We felt right at home at Clarissa's place. We were greeted in person at the apartment and given the grand tour. The place isn't big, but it is one of the best equipped we've seen so far (we've seen a lot). Whether you need a garlic presser, a basting brush, a bbq, a great espresso machine & frother, plastic containers, beach equipment, paper products, soaps and detergents, washing machine, a clothes drying rack... it's all there. And where she wins the gold medal, is for matching clothes hangers, dishes and utensils. It is obvious she cares about her place and her guests. Neighbours all around, but generally speaking, pretty quiet. We had a drain odor problem following the big rainstorms in October and she was 100% in solution mode. Nice lush golf neighbourhood. Highly recommend. We will definitely go back when we return cycling in Mojacar.

We really enjoyed our stay. A well situated apartment in a quiet area of Spain, within easy access of beautiful beaches and local amenities. The apartment is kept beautifully with lots of little extras. We really enjoyed the seating area out front especially in the warm afternoons and evenings. The communal pool area is generally occupied by fellow owners, it is busy on the weekend but on a few occasions during the week we had it to ourselves! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy quality family time x

The apartment is as shown in the photos , Milka is a thoughtful host,kind and attentive to any needs of the tenant . He advised us on excursions , places to see and restaurants . Despite arriving already at night , she went to meet us to give us the keys personally . The apartment is beautiful and is very close to the beach and supermarkets , pharmacy and restaurants . Águilas loved it and will definitely be back . Thank you very much Milka for your kind .

We were visiting our daughter and 3 Grandson's in La Manga Club which was a 15 minuets drive. Supermarket nearby and train station to Cartagna not far away to. The only downside was the traffic noice however ear plugs are provided.

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, comfortable, with all the features and amenities in full. The stay was very nice. Cristina is a warm, friendly and very caring host. The location is perfect for enjoying the town and the beach. It was just perfect! Thanks again Cristina, we'll be back!

This apartment stands out from the others due to the large terrace above the apartment. It offers a great area for sunbathing and socialising outside. The car parking space is near the lift which is next to the apartment, but you don’t hear it, which is a bonus. The apartment itself as a slightly larger bathroom than others which is benefits from a bigger worktop and sink area. Sofa is lush and very comfortable, doubling up as a bed. And dining area is perfect.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of this superb apartment. Very central to the centre of Garrucha. AJ went out of his way to let my bicycle in a secure place.

A brand new, well appointed apartment in a central location in Cartagena. Everything has been provided with meticulous detail. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and walking up was good for our legs. Carlos is responsive and caring host with excellent advice on restaurants and things to do. This is one of our best Airbnb experiences.

Bonjour, We stayed with my husband and 4 kids in this house with a great and large pool. The hosts are smiling and attentive and available for anything. Very beautiful house with everything at your disposal. Really recommend at 100 for 100!! Thank you for everything!

Really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. Great location and the house still feels brand new. It’s really spacious and easily big enough for us two adults and two teenagers. Karin was always very quick to respond and I would highly recommend a stay

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Ricardo and Mila's place is literally one of the best accommodations I've had in my traveling experience. The apartment is cared for, well decorated, bright, fully equipped and very cozy. They left us a few details that helped us feel welcome. Communication with them is fast and accurate, and they did their best to accommodate all our needs. Definitely highly recommended if someone goes to Cartagena.

I would like to thank you again for a great stay. The organization was great – everything worked smoothly, and you felt right at home. A real highlight was the proximity to the beach! Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Third stay…. Still as good! Arentzazu is a very pleasant and available host. The apartment is perfect, located close to the beach, and possibility to enjoy everything nearby. The area is nice, what happiness! See you very soon for a fourth stay! And thank you for welcoming us to your little paradise!

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

It's the second summer we go to Bjørn's, we love it! He is a perfect host, attentive to everything, very kind and helpful. It's a 10!top!

This was the perfect place to spend a week for scuba diving in Cabo de Palos. It is a short walk from the harbour for the dive centres and restaurants, as well as the beaches and lighthouse. The kitchen is well equipped with pans and utilsils so it's also possible to cook in the apartment. Everything was left clean so I had no problems using any of the kitchen equipment, bathroom, linen etc. it's clear Miguel keeps the apartment nicely. I hope to use the apartment again when I am next back for diving.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

We looked through 300 apartments for our road trip through Spain and Sam and Mats's apartment was clearly the outperformer. The house is really well designed. You drive practically directly into it and go from your own parking lot to the elevator. A great apartment, well furnished, in a style that you would also choose yourself. Great location and a view like in the movie. The beds are good, the bathroom just great. Strong water pressure, hot water, all very functional. If you like to cook, you will find everything in the kitchen. Also, all appliances work very well. You can also endure it here for longer. And the terrace is actually indescribable!!
