Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

Home near Santa Maria Navarrese with easy parking in front of the house. The village can easily be reached on foot. The exteriors of the house are really very nice with a special mention on the roof terrace to enjoy the December sunrise. Off season there are zero neighbors so it is very peaceful. Departures from the hiking trails are within walking distance from the house or by car. The house is appreciated for its exterior as much as for the interior. You just have to know that the shower is not wide for large sizes, which was the case for my spouse, but the hot water. We used the air conditioning to heat the house in the evening because we were there in December which is more than enough. On the other hand, you have to remember to cut it off before cooking so as not to blow the power. But the electricity board is on hand which is less burdensome. We were going back to Massimiliano's place happily.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice neighborhood and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short path to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private car parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. We enjoyed the peace and the sunrises the most, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded very quickly to our questions. Such a wonderful stay in a beautiful location-we did not want to leave! Antonio is a perfect host with plenty of local knowledge and is easily contactable with any needs you may require, and his wine is truly exceptional. We very much look forward to returning.

Everything was exactly as described in the ad and the house was very clean. Cecilia sent a lot of local recommendations ahead of our stay that were very helpful. The place was with 10-15 minutes drive from all the beautiful beaches in the area. Porto San Paolo offered a good selection of shops and restaurants. There was a bit of traffic on the road outside, but generally it was a quiet area.

Fabulous location near all the beautiful beaches. A car a must! Lovely villa and super helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very nice time. Our children loved all the kind and sweet animals and the pool. The pool area was a beautiful place, it was just a little walk from our house. Monia and Luca are very kind and they taking care about their garden and animals. Everything was clean and looked nice.

Our stay at Lorenzo's place was all what we could have asked for. The house is wonderful and the location hard to beat. We were there in winter and had the beach basically to ourselves. Lorenzo is a great host, very attentive. We will come again.

We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

I was Maria's guest with my family and we were all very satisfied with the choice of accommodation. Great location to visit the many beaches of Ogliastra, which can be reached in a few minutes by car. Cozy and cool apartment thanks to the sheltered location. Maria and her family gave us a lot of advice (places to visit, festivals of the time, restaurants) making us feel truly guests. Highly recommended!!

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Giuseppe’s house, which is stunningly beautiful, and in such a fantastic location. We were able to walk into town along the beach each evening to go for dinner, and really enjoyed walking down to the beach immediately below the house to have a swim each morning. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, and was really flexible and friendly, providing us with nice clear instructions, and great recommendations for local restaurants.
