Vacation rentals with beach access in Cala Ferrera

The apartment is ideal, facing the sea and has a beautiful view. There are restaurants and markets nearby but there were never any annoying noises. Miguel's cleanliness and service were impeccable, highly recommended!

We enjoyed the apartment very much. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped. Vicente provides all the important information and is always reachable for questions. Since we were in Portocolom in winter, the gas-powered fireplace was a highlight. The apartment is on the 5th floor and from the two balconies you can see the harbor and the sea. There was plenty of parking available in the street behind the building. A supermarket is within walking distance. A swimming beach is also a few minutes walk away.

The location of the apartment is lovely, right on the sea, within a short distance of all amenities, local beaches and anything you may need. The apartment inside was as described and it met all of our needs. It was well equipped and made for a great holiday. The host was fantastic in providing information up front, providing advice and guidance for specific queries we had and for support during our stay. I would highly recommend this apapartment and the host to others. First rate experience.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

A very nice villa in a quiet side street of Playa del Muro! Lovingly and stylishly furnished. A beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen! Lots of places to stay in the garden. We had a great stay in Porto Cristo. The accommodation was as described and very clean. All the necessary things were available. It is a bit outside the center and therefore very quiet but very easy to reach on foot. We got a high chair and a baby crib on request which was great. We wanted for nothing and would come back again.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

Superb - beautiful location, peaceful, great views, small safe swimming beach. Lounge area small but comfortable, small kitchen with no oven but otherwise well equipped.

Frank and Ralf's apartment was wonderful for us as a small family with a toddler. Even a crib was organized at short notice. The hosts were always very quick to reach and very reliable. The apartment itself is super equipped with a great location very close to a beautiful bay. Highly recommended for couples or parents with child.

Everything went perfectly, we appreciated the possibility of self-service access, we had a big delay in arrival, and we arrived at the place around the clock. The instructions were clear and accurate. Parking right in front of the house, the sea in sight, shops a few min. walk. We enjoyed the 3-hour ride on the beaches on horseback, the ranch is really close and we love the horses. Thanks for the dream come true.

Guillermo is an excellent host who warmly welcomed us at a late hour and provided us with drinks directly upon arrival. The fridge was stocked with drinks and fruit was also ready. Communication was straightforward, as he also speaks German. He explained the well-equipped, clean and welcoming house to us in detail. Particularly positive was the proximity to the beach, which is only a five minute walk away. For us, it was also important that our dog could be easily taken with us, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The garden is inviting, the furniture is very comfortable. The apartment was well tempered in December. There is air conditioning, which can also heat, as well as a pellet stove if needed. Hand/beach towels, bed linen, soap, cleaning/detergent, etc. and a washing machine and dryer were also available. In the area, in addition to beautiful beaches, there are also sights and beautiful hiking trails.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week+ stay at the cozy studio! Clean, perfectly equipped and comfortable with balcony and AC. Extremely helpful host who provided clear, specific directions to the building and instructions to access the unit. Luis did his best to ensure that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend this rental in Alcudia and our thanks to a great host!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!
