The building has 24-hour concierge, secure parking and is in a quiet neighborhood. close to several restaurants, supermarket and 2 shopping centers, it was possible to do everything on foot. Excellent house. It is really a spectacular home with wonderful views and amenities. It has been built in a high location, so the views of the city are just breath taking. The several gathering areas are cozy. There's a karaoke area in the terrace with disco lights and beatiful views of the city. Juan Carlos was an excellent host in every way. He always responded quickly to our requests. I will recommend this wonderful home for any group of people looking to make long lasting good memories. My group and I had a wonderful time and we will be back again for sure. Thank you so much Juan Carlos for the wonderful stay and for being such an attentive host.

Our stay at Joana's beautiful house was quite wonderful. The university is around the corner, very easy to reach the center of Cochabamba by public transport. We slept very well in comfortable beds, and the kitchen had everything you need. In the shower, there was always hot water. The most beautiful was of course the magnificent garden, and with the warm (but never too hot) climate in Cochabamba we often sat on the beautiful terrace until late.

Our stay at Santiago's place was excellent! The location is unbeatable—central to everything in the city and within easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Santiago is incredibly friendly, responsive, and ready to help with anything we needed. When a minor plumbing issue came up, he addressed it promptly ensuring our stay remained comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area! GRACIAS Santiago!

The apartment is very complete, clean and organized, it is in a very quiet area, Mauricio was very attentive to everything, I didn't have any inconvenience, it was flexible with my check-in time that was something that I had very worried about me since in most places check-in was half a day, I didn't have bad attention from the building staff, I would come in and out at any time without problems, in terms of quality/price I was very satisfied, I received more than I expected, I would definitely stay in the same place again.

The best part of this place is its location: you can walk just about everywhere around the city. The apartment has all the basics for a short stay; there were a couple of maintenance issues and Orlando worked to address right away. If you are 1-2 people party, this place is pretty good!

Marcelo was a great host. Always helpful, very friendly and very communicative. We spent 3 months at his place and he was available for us throughout all this time. The place was better than expected, with 2 bedrooms, space to work, fully equipped kitchen, it was a great place to stay, especially for a long time. I highly recommend, especially if your young and want a place to stay and work but also be active. There are multiple gyms, restaurants, pubs and clubs around so you will have access to anything you need. One of the best airbnbs I stayed at
