My family and I had an amazing stay at Ralph’s cabin near Penrith! Ralph was a fantastic host with excellent communication, even offering to adjust the heating for us remotely, which was so thoughtful. The cabin was cozy with nice, comfy beds, and the kids were thrilled with the selection of games available. We even spotted wild rabbits outside the bedroom window, which was a special treat! The location is ideal, close to Keswick, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing family getaway.

It was a really good stay for my girlfriend’s birthday. She was very helpful. I’d never used air bnb before. And arranged this last minute.

This was stunning, the cottage looks exactly like the photos. Immaculate and finished to a really high standard. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Wood burner was perfect as it was cold during our stay. Great location for local walks, restaurants and supermarket. Great meal at the local pub. Hot tub was a delight after some long walks in the hills. Couldn't fault it, Catherine was a fantastic host!

Lovely unique place to stay. Nice and quiet but close to local towns and plenty to do in the surrounding area. Accommodation had all that we needed to settle for a few days of relaxation.

Tina’s place was both comfortable and clean, providing an ideal set up and location for our family getaway. We were impressed with Tina’s consideration of the needs of our mixed group and the provision of essentials and equipment at the property. Fantastic value for money!! We booked the partridge hut for a quiet weekend away to start the year and were not disappointed. Even in yellow warning winds and torrential rain it was so cosy to be in the cabin with the heater on! It’s so private with lovely views over the river and lots of easy walks. The hut itself was immaculate and actually more spacious than we had anticipated, especially because we were bringing our dog with us. All in all perfect and Mike was so helpful and responsive. Would really recommend.

This place is absolutely perfect. The interior decor is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Everything has been well thought out, it was such a pleasure to stay. With a chippy (which I highly recommend), a shop, multiple pubs, and plenty of walking routes (Shap abbey is a MUST) the barn was in the most perfect spot. Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay.
