Vacation rentals in Cagayan Valley

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

Great stay! Had some water interruption during the first night but was fixed the following morning, good thing is that they have a faucet outside for backup.

We loved our stay at Villa Naranja. The place was perfect for our needs: clean, peaceful, had all the amenities of a home away from home, a short walk to Saud Beach, friendly and accommodating staff. Phil and Jane are awesome hosts and I would definitely recommend them and Villa Naranja.

Dache & Kristine is proactive in sending messages to us ensuring that we enjoy our stay. Appreciate sending timely updates specially on the weather condition of the place. Manang Tess checks on us everyday to check if we are safe and we have enough equipments which we really appreciate.

Ms. Judith's place was very homey and it's the perfect place to take a break and slow things down. we didnt have a car but we were able to hire a kuya dave from Ms.Judith so he could pick us up from the airport and drop us off too. He also toured us around Apayao which is great. So if you're planning to visit apayao without a car like us, I suggest bring lots of snacks and other groceries items in case it rains all day because it will be hard to get food since it's a bit secluded 😅. nonetheless, Ms.Judith's family were so kind to help us in any way they can. The airbnb was spacious, quiet, and so cozy! We'll for sure be back next time and see more of apayao. 💖

It was an easy communication with Kevin. We didn’t have a problem finding the place. The house is big, peaceful neighborhood. No need for fan or air-con due to the very cool climate. Overall great place to stay!!

This is a spacious and comfy place. My family appreciates how accommodating it was. It was our base of operations while we did our Christmas shopping around the city. Having access to Netflix was a nice bonus. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Very peaceful and kid friendly place. The beach access was awesome, it is a rocky area but nice to just walk to the beach. Check in was easy and they explained what is the expectation in keeping the house maintained. We would recommend this place to families who has little kids.

The place is a guest house on the property of the hosts. It was well stocked and comfortable plus still felt private. The hosts were on hand to answer questions or assist us with whatever we wanted and were extremely friendly. The pool was amazing and despite the family having a night together they still went out their way to enhance our time with switching on pool water features and light changes. Plenty of comfy beds and a good bathroom area with hot water. Outside cooking area was available and looked well stocked. Couldn’t wish for more, apart from having a longer stay there. Highly recommend.

Perfect for families. My friends and I occupied two rooms and we felt right at home. Malinis at spacious. 😊
