Perfect homely place.

The house has a beautiful view over the mountains to the sea. The pool was fantastic. Isabel was very easy to reach and was flexible with check-in and check-out. To the beach it's about 35-40 minutes. You can do a lot or just relax. It was also nice that there were two bathrooms. Everything was also available for barbecues. We will be happy to come back.

The house is as amazing, very modern and very spacious. It was a family home, we were 8 excluding an 2 couples and 2 siblings. Each with their own room excluding the 5 yr old and 8month yr old. The host was very nice and understanding and super responsive. The place is very peaceful and it has a pool! Not much to do around but great if you want privacy! Next year again!

Maria's parents received us very well. They were warm, and caring. The place is spacious and true to the photos. Very clean. It is in a small typical village. We had a pleasant stay.

the house is beautiful, and the location is a drive distance from great surfing spots and nice touring places. the neighbourhood is isolated a bit so you need a car to get around. few appliances were missing like pool towels and glasses, but Stephen was very responsive and tried to help. I recommend it for people who like the quiet, and dont care to get in the car and drive to places.

Very nice house, very well equipped, many activities (swimming pool, foosball, darts...), each has their own space. Everything is together for a great holiday for families and/or friends.

Lovely house and host. Very welcoming to us and our dogs. The garden is fully enclosed so ideal when traveling with pets. Very close to local attractions and we would stay here again.

We had an amazing week with our two kids in this pretty area of Portugal. Lurdes' house is ideally located to visit the surrounding towns (Nazaré, Obidos, Batalha, Peniche, Leiria, Fatima, … and even Lisbon). This is a lovely house, quiet where it's nice to stay. This is a very clean, peaceful, and convenient air B&B in the heart of Caldas da Rainhas, near to all of the cultural attractions and easy driving distance to beaches, such as Foz do Arelho, which is a must see. Fatima speaks English well, very friendly and attentive. The space was spacious and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay again.

Elise's surf house is a great place to stay, not far from Baleal beach. We stayed upstairs in the family apartment, which had a fun 3 story bunk bed for our children! Elise has made the terrace very nice with lovely flowers and plants everywhere, and she is always there to help you. A great place with good vibes!

Linda and John were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. Their place has a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The interior pool was a fantastic bonus — especially on rainy days, providing the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting getaway!

Miguel is a tremendous host! Very responsive and helpful at every step. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for an awesome surf trip or beach holiday. A number of great breaks are walkable from the apartment, as well as shops, and several good restaurants & Cafes. Highly recommend.

It was Andrea who managed our welcome and the stay; perfect in her role and responsive when needed. we unreservedly recommend this independent, well-designed accommodation with an extensive living room/games upstairs! Ericeira, Péniche, Obidos and beautiful beaches nearby. Lisbon and Nazaré 1 hour away... 1 good restaurant? The west 23 without hesitating!

Great location. In second row right in old town. Central but still quiet. Sweet apartment nicely renovated in the house with 4 other apartments all with separate entrances. There was everything you needed.

Great apartment for a family of 4 or two couples. Has everything you could need. The pool was super and not too busy. The resort is great (super sandy beach) and there are many things to do locally. Would really recommend! We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Isabel's house. The house is perfect, very well furnished and equipped! What a pleasure to have the terrace and the view of the pool. It was absolute calm! It takes a car to get around but there are everything you need not far from the house. I highly recommend a stay at Isabel's place that will advise you very well! Thank you again

Great property, convenient location for the clubhouse and easy access to pool

Top line, Josie is an absolutely exceptional host. One of the three best we have experienced in 10 years on the Airbnb platform! Caldas da Rainha was a wonderful surprise and was a perfect base for exploring the nearby coast. We spent a day mountain biking from Nazaré and two days surfing the Peniche area. Our days started with some of the best coffee we have had in Europe — What the Folk. Wonderful food in the evenings based on Josie’s recommendations. There is a good art scene. Recommendations from Josie and ceramics and recommendations from What the Folk will serve you well. Josie’s apartment is quiet and comfortable. We used it as a base of exploration so did not cook; the kitchen appears up to the task. The WiFi is fast and there is a 50/60”? Smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom are nice with a great shower and ample hot water. There is a washing machine; a huge plus when you have been on the road as long as us. We had very little trouble finding free parking. A huge 5 stars
