We were positively surprised in all aspects. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. All amenity items were available and in perfect operation. I highlight the delight that were the showers of the bathrooms. The condominium has excellent structure and accompanies the organization and cleaning of the apartment. There was no time to enjoy the pool with the days of sunshine and warmth it made in Porto Alegre during our stay, but it is the tip for the next guests. The academy is very well equipped to the standards of condominium. The condominium market has items to save the day and is super simple to use. The surroundings are quite safe, we took morning walks with our pet without major problems or threats. Surely, on a next visit to Porto Alegre, Alexandre's accommodation will be our choice. He was, by the way, super attentive and answered all our questions quickly and kindly.

Beautiful apartment, well lighted beautiful trees that looks like a forest in the middle of the city. The apartment is comfortable to 4 people, only thing I would suggest to be better is having better mattresses on the twin beds, maybe if you have little kids Will be ok, but teenagers or adults, the mattresses are too thin so you basically feel the wood of the bed foundation the whole night. But besides that, it is all good, the kitchen is well equipped , there is a laundry, the pool in the property is nice and the building is very safe with a doorman 24/7. Air conditioning works great and it is a bless during Porto Alegre hit weather. I recommend her place and Will be happy to stay again in the future. Hosts are kind and very responsive.

I stayed with my husband and my daughter of 1 year and 10 months. It was easy to communicate with the hostess, in the apartment she left all the information we need (coffee maker manual, guidance on waste disposal) and also provided us with two craves and access card to the supermarket cart of the building. The apartment has a comfortable size, kitchen works well with everyday essentials (microwave, sandwich maker, plastic pots, good number and cutlery quality, etc.) . It is very quiet, comfortable beds and good linen and towels. The building has a good condominium structure, we were able to take advantage of the toy library well. It was easy to get into and out of the condominium, by car and on foot. It has supermarkets nearby. We are very pleased with the accommodation.
