The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, we love the time and the space. Andreia is very kind, she sent the entry instructions to all guests clearly and easily. The apartment is well located, there are pharmacies, market and options to eat nearby.

I performed surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The building's restaurant is a plus when you can't go anywhere else, home-made food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice always at your disposal to remedy any questions. We had a delay of 10h at the border plus a previous inconvenience we had and almost lost the day of accommodation,but Clarissa was attentive , and allowed us to stay the time needed to rest and follow the other stretch of the trip, she was attentive and responded immediately. Marina was super proactive in everything we had of doubts and questions. The place is great, exactly as described, and has accommodated our group of 21 people with tranquility and comfort. We even feel sorry to no longer enjoy the house!

The house corresponds to the photos, the place is large and very well decorated, the rooms are spacious and very beautiful. Spaces are well distributed. We stayed in 09 people, I believe it is the ideal number. For 13 people I believe it is necessary extra balls and tb the use of the couch. The house is old and some maintenance is necessary, for example, the air conditioners are old and do not cool the environment in the rooms and the kitchen, it also had a room that presented noise and water leakage on the floor. The lighting is very beautiful but complex, several unidentified switches, which made it very difficult to use. The heating is gas and after some time of use, some showers ran out of hot water. These details in nothing hindered the stay, they are just a few suggestions for improvement. Surely this accommodation will always be an option when we return to Porto Alegre.

The cozy and comfortable apartment, as stated in the description and photos, clean and organized. It contains everything necessary for a stay, from kitchenware to pillows, covers, towels and the like. Local mto secure and well located, easy to access. Host always responded to messages quickly and clearly in explanations.

The accommodation is spectacular and delivers what is proposed, both from the point of view of facilities and infrastructure. I definitely consider coming back.

Me and my family had a great stay at Anderson and Sabrina's apartment. Sabrina asks a lot, always ready to answer my questions. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very cozy. The condominium has a great infrastructure my children loved.
