Barbecue near the pool and the game room, perfect! And it also offers a great team that, in addition to assisting in cleaning and organizing the home, is very helpful in preparing meals. The house is extremely comfortable, pleasant to stay with a view of the amazing pool. I loved each day hosts, I felt at home. All air-conditioned rooms. The sauna was very good, wide and warmed very fast. The gourmet aerial was all equipped with barbecue utensils, freezer, refrigerator, stove and a great table to sit next to the pool and enjoy the barbecue. Ana Paula received us very well, very friendly and requests, responded to the messages very quickly and being available to us at all times. The “negative” points I have to put to you are: the kitchen could have an Air fryer, as it helps too much in the day to day of the person going to be able to spend more time at the beach and swimming pool than in the kitchen. None of the pans had a full lid, or was without the handle, or it didn't, which for cooking doesn't help much. The gate control, there could be one more. Of all, everything was perfect and I highly recommend. I hope to return soon.

We had a very nice week in this house. It is located directly on the water, with direct access to the sea. There were 2 kayaks available and a SUP. The restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house is lovingly furnished. We discovered something different every day. Everything was kept clean by the caretaker couple who were always responsive. Guilherme was very accessible and provided us with valuable information. The handover was on time and uncomplicated. Everything is perfect for a relaxing time

We had a great stay! Lígia answered us promptly, always sending clear and practical information for our arrival, and tours of the place. The house was in perfect condition, everything clean and tidy to welcome us. The place is in the center of Lumiar, which allows you to visit everything on foot, and it is still very quiet and peaceful, as it is inside a closed condominium! Great to rest! It is also a really safe place for those who take their pets along. We went with our 2 dogs and they were able to walk around the whole house, with peace of mind, as there were walls, screens and gates preventing any escape. We loved our stay, and we recommend it for those who have pets!

We are in love and intend to return! The house is a delight, super well maintained! New appliances and utensils, it really has everything you need, from good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! Coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. Super comfortable HOTEL BED AND PILLOW! Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and of quality! We were greeted with delicious cassava and lots of affection.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I do not recommend it AT ALL. It's worth it when you get there, but it's a point of attention. Very bumpy, with ruts and rocks that slip and that can tear a tire that is not in good condition, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need for food so you don't go out (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for the owners: 1 service light above the sink for cooking at night / improve those last few meters near the door

The place is extremely pleasant! The house is large and very comfortable. The outdoor area is a real highlight, with its wonders. All rooms are spacious and cozy, providing plenty of comfort. In addition, the condominium is very well located and structured, which made our stay even more special. Myself and my family spent wonderful days here. Simone was super solicitous at all times, always helpful and supporting us in everything we needed.

Myself and my family were delighted with the Sítio. The location is excellent, very close to the center (you can walk), the facilities of the place are great, comfortable rooms, bed linens and bath in good condition, well-equipped kitchen. The Sana River along the property is a delight, we love and have a great time. The housekeeper is super solicitous, it has helped us in everything we need. We're already looking to get back, I recommend!
