Perfect home, all new, clean and with a team always ready to help. The Arete condominium is new but very well structured, for us it was good because we fled the chaos of downtown, normal on New Year's Eve. We will be back!!

Thiago and David ,despite not having the pleasure of meeting them in person made me very comfortable for any doubt, always clarifying when necessary, the two are not even 1000,and the place is not even impeccable, as much as the cleanliness and the quiet place location for those looking to give that relaxed,beaches near the house ,restaurants in the end everything wonderful, my thanks to the hosts and I will certainly return.

Certainly the best property I've ever rented on the Airbnb platform. The Real Estate Service was accurate, quick in response and efficient in my requests. The property is of another level: sea front, extremely wide and cozy house, with everything new and functioning. I will certainly return to stay with all the family and friends. It is a house to enter and do nothing else, since it has everything: gourmet area, swimming pool, sauna, everything working, clean and new. Delivery even more than it promises, the house has several leisure options, a great pool, a wide view deck excellent for photos and this is not counting the comfort of the accommodations. Barbecue near the pool and the game room, perfect! And it also offers a great team that, in addition to assisting in cleaning and organizing the home, is very helpful in preparing meals. Indico a lot and I want to get back as soon as possible!

We loved our stay in Buzios, the pictures are accurate not like some other listings. Guillerme and his son Nitai were on top of everything. The place is very safe and walking distance from downtown restaurants/bars. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay was great! Lígia served us promptly, always sending clear and practical information for our arrival, and tours of the site. The house was in perfect condition, everything clean and tidy to welcome us. The place is in the center of Lumiar, which allows you to visit everything on foot, and it is still very quiet and quiet, as it is inside a closed dondomain! Great to rest! Also a really safe place for those who take along their pets. We went with our 2 dogs and they were able to walk all over the house, with tranquility, as there were walls, screens and gates preventing any escape. We love our stay, and we recommend to those who have pets!
