The space was in line with the listing. Only the caveat that the house does not go straight to the beach, need to take a street and then go down to the sea. But that's not a problem, as it's only about 50m. The bad that, on the beach near the house, it is only possible to bathe with the low sea. However, the beach is sensational, natural pools style, even has coral reefs, the water is beautiful. The atmosphere and region of the house is very quiet and pleasant. With the high tide there are other nearby beaches with swimming possibilities. With regards to the space only a few points that can be improved, which we have reported to the hosts and said that they are already planning for these improvements (e.g. new air conditioning). The rest of the listing is accurate. A special compliment to Hosts' service and proactivity in establishing and maintaining contact and availability. The most important feedback: I would definitely be staying in the house again. (Detail: We were a group of 16 people).

We loved this place. Great location in historic Olinda. Clean and beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool and WiFi were great for working and cooling off.

Great local, cozy, quiet place, very good accommodation, great space for the family to have fun. For sure if it is available we will return to another opportunity.

Great house Beach excellent

The energy, like water, is a basic item in a house, and I do not think there is an external charge for it. Also, the space needs maintenance. The sandwich maker does not work, the floor makes noise on the floor, and the attic bed had wood chips. The pool is cleaned almost every day, requiring someone to wake up early to open the pool door. The double-suite balcony offers no privacy as it is focused on the roundabout, without the bushes shown in the photos. The bathroom is also exposed as the cloth curtain does not block the external view. The wooden structure constantly makes noise, bothering the lower bedroom, very hard double beds. I recommend opting for the house next to the same host, as it has better structure and organization.

The house is family friendly! It has many spaces , the patio area and pool is very good. The host responded everything in a timely manner! It is a very quiet accommodation, with privacy.

It was my second stay at Leo's place. All was great, and next time I'm in Olinda, I'd like to stay there again.

camila's apartment is exactly like the photos. ideal for those who want to rest, but also for those who want to stroll. quiet and gentle neighborhood and a few minutes walk to the historic center. including, we walked the night and it was super quiet. very good trolley and mattress. for sure, I intend to go back.

We were in the apartment in Feb/2025 in the family, with two children and one elderly person. The apartment is fantastic. We met all our expectations, accommodated us very well and very comfortable, we are literally “at home”. The complete kitchen with all necessary utensils, rooms with good beds and good bedding, great towels, washing machine, clothesline, air-conditioned room. The Place where the apartment is located has an amazing structure so you don't have to leave there. Clean, heated pools, park and gym. The local restaurant serves on the beach, great service, compatible prices and very good food, especially for children. They also have options of dishes (delicious) and serve pizza and snacks. As for beach access we thought it was great. The beach is good, clean, with new chairs and sunshine. With ctza I will recommend to family members and we have already thought about scheduling a tour. We thank Mr. Cláudio for the great stay and the service we had! He gave us a lot of local tips!

Our stay was excellent and Mr. José was very friendly and attentive. The place is great for families and the beach is great!

The AP hosting was great. The first sensation we had was to seek to extend the stay since the place was quite cozy. Everything clean and organized. Comfortable beds. It has sheets and towels. The place is well ventilated. O Owner, Paulo, super considerate. Note 10 and yes, one day we will return if God permits.

Very cozy apartment, very clean, all new. Amazing space, exactly as in the pictures and descriptions. It has everything you need for those who choose to make some meals in the apartment. Condomínio with two huge and clean swimming pools every day. Gym with good structure. The pool bar with drink and food well made with various options, fair price and delicious dishes served within the condominium and on the beach. Thaiz has always been very considerate and kind. We'll definitely come back and refer friends

The place is very safe, cared for, and convenient. It has the necessary elements. The host was very friendly, responded to our concerns quickly. The location is spectacular!

Great accommodation, everything we needed had in the house including 2 styrofoam boxes that we really wanted and Airfryer that was very helpful. Quiet place, great beach, the air conditioner is extremely cold, only towel for bath, swimming pool and beach that was little, but next time I take one without problems. The clothes drying clothes were small for 6 people, I believe two would be enough. I will leave here an observation just for you to charge from the condominium if you pay them something.... Employees are not friendly, it takes them to answer the phone and when he answers can never help, give information in half, I had to go there, small detail like: change the sun guard 1 meter from place, help us get another 1 beach chair, nothing can do. 9:00 am the cleaner in the hall beats the carpet making a huge noise bothered me from sleeping until later. The flat is wonderful and the differential is the patio balcony, in the morning it shines, but from lunch onwards it starts shade and is sensational. We met with everything we needed!! The natural pools at Pontal do Cupe is a separate attraction, very close and walking. Lilian is very polite and helpful. I recommend and would return for sure 🙏🏽

First I need to praise Mônica for being an excellent host, always giving very useful tips and information. The apartment is excellent, with plenty of room to accommodate family members. Full Kitchen, and well-equipped rooms with air conditioning and bedding. The location is excellent, the high wall beach is wonderful, try to orient yourself using the tidal board, it will help a lot to enjoy the beach. We went from uber to hen harbour two nights and it was very quiet. I recommend the accommodation. Fantastic beach, Nanai residence will undoubtedly return. thank you Monica.

Awesome!!! Excellent location, the check-in took just 5 minutes, the apartment was impeccable, it has everything you need to cook if you want it, children's toys, surfboard, tv in each room, there is a pool in the apartment door, this was incredible and we really enjoyed it, super warm water. the condominium you have laundry, so we go out with clean clothes. We felt at home. I recommend it 100%. We would come back every year. even though we don't need anything, Mirna was on the lookout and sent us típs to go out to dinner and do shopping. It has its own parking, it was easy to mobilize us and the tours come to the condominium door if you wish. The beach has umbrellas, chairs, so you just don't have to worry about anything! Not to be missed is this place.
