Thomas's place is in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the sea and the view of the countryside was great! A nice retreat. A beautiful and very spacious bathroom area, with shower which allows a view of the greenery. The kitchen has the essentials needed for easy cooking. We consciously chose this property to have a nice retreat during rainy days, which are still common in January. Since we spent some time in the apartment, a small sofa or cozy seating would have been nice. The apartment was pleasantly warm despite the cool temperatures and very cozy due to the fireplace. We highly recommend the place and would definitely come back!

What a gem of a place, thanks for sharing the space Sabrina! Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and groceries. I felt completely at home in Praia by the second day. No issues with parking and excursions around the island were easy to do as the main roads were just a short drive from the house. I didn't spend much time in the house itself as I like to explore, but when I was there I had everything I needed and was quite comfortable, even during a 2 day storm that brought very high winds and rain. Highly recommend!

The house has an amazing view of the sea and the small island, also you can admire the sunrise everyday. It is very spacious as described. It’s easy to park car in the courtyard and close to several view points.

What a truly special place this is and how lucky did we feel to end/start the years here. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful gesture that we appreciated after our long trip! You have everything you need, the view is SPECTACULAR, a 5 minute walk and you’re at the pool, everything else is a short drive away, we made use of the fireplace a few times and so enjoyed it…. There’s so much more to say. We will definitely be back! Book this lovely house and enjoy the sound of the waves 🌊

Victor is a charming and attentive host the apartment is a waking dream the terrace is fabulous we were lucky with the weather in January stunning location easy street parking narrow streets but you have to take your time go with your eyes closed

I am from the island so I came back to visit and explore. Serreta is a peaceful village with lots of charm & has a small cafe for you to get breakfast. The cottage itself was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to stay, a comfortable bed & an outside cooking/seating area. It’s a short winding drive from all of the bigger towns/cities which have everything you need. The hosts were fantastic, very responsive and they have a restaurant just down the road where we sampled the Alcatra (amazing regional dish) and all fantastically priced. If we were to visit again we would definitely be hoping this is free! Thank you, Ti Chôa.

I have stayed at MANY airbnb’s over the years and Jorge’s property is in the top two of all (The other being in Mendocino, California). Jorge was an amazing host, the location was incredibly relaxing and beautiful, and the home was comfortable, well-stocked and clean. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone who will be traveling to Terciera.
