Waterfront vacation rentals in Cabangan

This was a getaway trip for my girlfriend's family, and we had a wonderful stay at Eleazar’s place! She was very accommodating—allowing early check-in with no extra charge. Communication was smooth and responsive. The place was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing—especially the pool that stays warm at night, which we enjoyed. Special thanks to Ma'am Vivian & Sir Edward for the smooth check-in and for being so so so kind the whole stay! We even requested a change of bed linen after I spilled coffee, and they gladly did it for free! My Tito (GF's dad) also reunited with long-lost relatives from Cabangan who visited us—which they also allowed! I was a bit skeptical since it was a new listing, but I trusted my gut—and it was the best decision! The property felt safe and homey, with plenty of space to bond, unwind, and appreciate nature. Even the stars at night added to the charm. We left with great memories and smiles. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway. 😊

We had an amazing time! Anton was very easy to communicate with. The caretaker was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need from the appliances to plates, serving dishes etc so we were able to prepare meals and eat comfortably. The unit is a few steps from the beach, so my toddler played in the sand for hours. The sand is very soft and the beach is very clean. They have a big area where you can gather outside if you're a big group. Bonus that it is only a few minutes from the pawikan conservation center (we got to witness them release baby turtles), a short drive from the zoo, and very accessible if you would like to have a meal in subic. Would absolutely recommend, whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a home base close to other activities. Can't wait to book again!

The Nook is a very lovely place. We arrived very late at night but the caretaker (Mang Boyet) was ready, waiting for us still. It’s a very relaxing place and Anton was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is strong so that’s a plus for us so were able to do our regular zoom at night. Thanks be to God through Christ!

Gustavo’s responsiveness was excellent. His place was lovely and has easy and quick access to the beach. Coffee and other hot beverages are provided as well as toiletries and kitchen soap. The kitchen has tools and equipment for cooking meals. There are pantry items available for convenience at minimal price. Love the covered patio at the entrance as well as the one upstairs available to guests.

Gustavo is very friendly and accommodating. He is also very responsive and can ask him recommendations on where to eat and but stuff. It’s fan-only in the kitchen/sala area. Microwave is available to use along with the pans and plates. Thanks so much for the stay!

This was our second time staying in Anton's place. We had a great time, just like our first time here! The beach was clean, private, and very calm even when it was drizzling. Chris was very helpful and even showed us turtle eggs that were being relocated to the Morong sanctuary. Thank you, Anton and Chris!

One of the best airbnb i booked! Amazing scenic view and very peaceful relaxing vibe.. what you see in the post is what you get. The beach is private and not crowded even if there are neighbors of the other unit. The unit is very clean and well maintained, all appliances are functioning. The place is also well decorated with rustic vibe..All ACs in the unit are cold and working well kept us cool and sane during these hot summer days! Carina the host made sure we were comfortable during our stay very responsive and generous to let us stay extra as there’s no succeeding guest after us. Ate Nori was very kind, helpful and accomodating to help us settle in until check out. We had a great time and definitely bookmarking this place to come back again!! ❤️🙂

We booked the 6 villas, we were 6 families, all with kids. What we like most about the place: beach front, pool was big, sand was not rocky, excellent customer service, cheeky the front desk was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The other kuyas were also very attentive and friendly. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days and they always clean up and ensure the pool is clean. The rooms were also clean, bathroom is clean and everything is working fine. They have enough sockets, they provided towels. The food is also good so there’s no need to go out. We ordered all our meals there. There were good variety for the food so kids also enjoyed. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with our experience and would definitely love to come back.

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

Amazing stays! there’s surfing board and the Host is friendly

As a large family, we stayed at Melisa's place for a week. Our thoughts: Pros: -- Great beach-side location. It was very easy to get to the ocean. -- Good layout. We liked the kubo setup of the property. -- Helpful staff. The caretakers were friendly and cooked delicious food for us. -- Mostly peaceful. We had the property to ourselves, which was very nice. Cons: -- Bathroom. There's only 1 toilet, which isn't ideal for large groups. Also, although the indoor shower and toilet have a wall between them, the wall doesn't quite extend to the ceiling. So it's a bit awkward if somebody's using the toilet while somebody else is using the shower. -- A bit of noise. The neighbors were mostly very quiet all week, which was nice. But on our last night, the property next door hosted a wedding ceremony, and the music blasted all afternoon until about 10pm. We don't blame Melisa for this, but there's a small noise risk. Overall: Very good, we would go back anytime.

Host has some excellent caretakers living nearby who are always available to address concerns or requests. Check-in was smooth and the overall experience was fantastic. The house smells wonderful, the interior is beautifully designed, the pool is clean and the beachfront is stunning. The beds and sheets are clean and comfy. Initially, I was concerned about the lack of a TV, but it turned out to be a great opportunity for us to focus on bonding as a family. While the stay was enjoyable, there are a few areas for improvement (though nothing major): occasional interruptions in electric power, the baths could be more convenient if located inside the rooms, the metal doors are a bit hard to open and lock and blackout curtains would be a helpful addition for privacy, especially since workers are on the other side. We hope we have access to the upper floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to staying longer next time.

Thank you so much Balai ni Indy. We had so much fun in Botolan. All other reviews are accurate, owners are indeed the friendliest. Malakas and all working din Ang AC which is very important Kasi sobrang init during summer. The entire house has 3 bathrooms, mahina lang Yung pressure ngtubig sa taas. All in all, the place is perfect. We will definitely go back kahit malayo sya samin. 💕💕💕💕 Thank you and see you again!

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

One of our go-to Airbnb places in Subic Bay. Walter's place always exceeds our expectations. His units are always clean and well-maintained. We always feel relaxed and at home whenever we stay in his unit.

Great location, within walking distance to many restaurants by the beach including Texas Joe's. Had a comfortable stay, room is as advertised with clean linens and towels. Pet friendly as well, welcoming to our two small dogs. Appreciated the complimentary water and coffee. Had to pay a small fee for late check out. Would book this place again the next time I visit Subic.

The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment and building are very well maintained and very quiet. The location is walking distance to shops.

Everything was exactly as they mentioned. They cleaned the room regularly. It was quiet and sustainable for all of my needs. I totally recommended :)
