The entire stay was very enjoyable and I was happy to able to book this stay with my friends on such short notice. Everything was really nice and communication with the owner went very well. I can definietly recommend it.

We stayed at Villa Petri for over a month with our two dogs while our house was being renovated, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The house itself is cozy, beautifully maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Located in a quiet lane just off the main road, it was easy to access yet felt wonderfully secluded. One of the highlights was the proximity to the woods just behind the house, which made it convenient and enjoyable to take our dogs for daily walks. Additionally, there are some great eateries and a Spar supermarket nearby, making dining and shopping hassle-free. Petri, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She offered thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and was always up for a friendly chat, which made us feel even more at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Petri. Highly recommended.

Lovely home and view. Quiet. Wonderful walking/cycling paths around lake. Would love to visit the community cafe further down the path.

First of all the host is incredibly welcoming and proactive. He is very communicative and responsive to all your needs. Also he is very flexible with the check in and check out times. In addition, it is an amazing home that is near all the facilities you need to make your vacation a perfect one. Wonderful restaurants are in walking distance as is the supermarket and public transportation is easy accessible. The house was spotless and even better than pictured in listing. The host left us a wonderful welcome present to make us feel at home. In addition the house was stocked with all the necessities. In summary the house is filled with top-notch amenities, has an amazing location and an incredible host to give you and your family an unforgettable vacation. We definitely will be back in the near future.

An idyllically located house with fantastic lake views – perfect for our city trip to Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam. The location is ideal (almost in the middle of the three cities), communication with Jorrit reliable, friendly, fast - and self-check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended for a city trip!

Arthur welcomed us to his home in person so everything was easily explained. He kept in touch to make sure all was well. House is in a great location - close to Haarlem & Amsterdam via public transport. Also very close to supermarket, bakery etc

What a beautiful apartment! Comfortable, spacious and bright with a great bed and fully equipped kitchen. We loved our stay here. Especially the large windows with the amazing view of the Amstel river! Watching all the cyclists, walkers, boats, and rowers go by while lounging was a delight. There are many transit options very close by; the tram a couple of minutes away and the Metro/train station a short walk. So although this area is not touristy it IS an authentic Amsterdam neighbourhood with the bonus of being peaceful. It is easy to get into the old charming areas quickly by tram. There are many grocery stores and restaurants you can walk to within 5 to 10 minutes. Debbie is the kind of Airbnb host I search for and rarely find. She is always responsive, has tons of tips, and so helpful.

I really liked Chris's accommodation. Hospitable host, clear instructions. There is a tram stop nearby for easy access to Utrecht. There is also a large supermarket nearby, you can buy everything if you want to have dinner at home.

We had a great time, the apartment is great and Gerard is very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is located 1h15 from Amsterdam, it is a little long but very easy to get there. I would recommend this place to stay.

The apartment was cozy and felt like a home. The neughbourhood is extremelly recommended for tourists, as it is walkable and easy to move arround. There are various restaurants/bars in the surroundings, not to mention Cuyp market but the apartment was very quiet. Amsterdam is a very expensive city to stay, and the price follows the regions average.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect. It is in a very comfortable neighborhood with restaurants, pastries, groceries and more. Transportation was easy. 3 minutes to one tram, 5 minutes to another. About 20-25 minutes by tram to central station. The apartment is on the upper level with private roof top seats and table that afforded a great view of the city on two evenings. Lovely. The apartment was clean….kitchen, sitting room, bathroom. Because of space, the bed is raised and accessible by a ladder. This created more floor space but the design might be difficult for some people…..the sleeping area is like a high bunk bed with a low ceiling. Thomas was there to greet us. He is a wonderful host and stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Thomas and his apartment and would gladly stay there again.

A fantastic apartment in a lovely location. A great place to stay for a family of four with two older teenage children. A beautiful apartment with all the facilities you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Mandy is very nice and helpful. She answers very quick your questions. The apartment is very nice direct at the water and one minute from many shops and restaurants, but it is very quiet in the street and the apartment. I recommend the apartment. I can't imagine, you find a better obe in Amersfoort.

It was a very nice stay in Charlotte's apartment. We really enjoyed the days there. The apartment is beautifully furnished, there is everything you could need. Unfortunately, the weather was too bad for the beautiful roof terrace... The location is great, in a lively district, but still totally quiet. And only a few minutes walk from the train station and the city center. And the communication with Charlotte was very nice and good! We would like to come back when the weather is nice...

We loved this place so much! This is a beautiful and comfortable home for your Amsterdam stay. Very quiet street and canal but also a short walk to great venues like De Hallen and to all forms of transport. The trams are very easy and will get you anywhere you need to go, but also Ubers are cheap and plentiful. Joze and Neils are wonderful hosts who went out of their way to advise and support us on our short stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very lovely. Quiet area but close to a lot of things. Easy to get out and walk to locations or the tram. Everything was just as described in the listing and the host was very helpful.

Emilia is an excellent host, she wants you to have a great time and that is clear immediately. The location was perfect with a fun but still laid back vibe. Street vendors outside daily selling everything from paintings to fresh seafood. 1 block away from anything you could need, grocery stores, resturants, bars and coffee shops. The stairs are what you would expect, if you have researched where you are visiting. Spacious. clean and comfortable beds. I will return.

Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
