Beachfront vacation rentals in Business Bay

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a very comfortable stay at this chic apartment. Location is great. Easy to get Uber to get around. Super market close by. Views are great.

Beautiful apartment adjacent to the Palm, with a great view, an internal gym/pool and direct beach access. Also has a really fun cafe downstairs where you can play 100s of boardgames... but most of the eating options (and basically all retail aside from the cafe and a Starbucks) are a 10-15 min flat walk away.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Marina, metro station, tram, Marina mall n JBR beach . Friendly n helpful host. Place looks better in reality than photos. However the curtain rod mechanism needs to be changed. Great restaurants n supermarket in the area.

Very good apartment, I feel like home. I recommend this apartment. It was bookable at short notice.

Very good communication with Sebastian who is the owner. Check in/out with Mr Joseph a very friendly person who guides you through the appartement. Area is fine, nearby Dubai Marina with a lot of restaurants. Highly recommended airbnb!

Next stay if this place is available. I’ll go for it again. Wonderful place and very friendly and proactive host

the smell of first visitor cigarettes was a problem. The apartment is in a very good location close to everything. marina walk ,beaches, Starbuck cafe is right next door

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at this accommodation for 10 days and I could not fault the experience at all. It was the cleanest and nicest place that I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything I needed. I will definitely be coming back again. Absolutely amazing!

Very nice and clean appartment, close to beach and pool.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations The location is convenient if you have a car or use the taxi. The subway is far and the busstop is 20 min walk away. The airbnb is located on the first floor with the balcony above the entrance. There was some maintenance going on outside, but luckily they were done quickly. Marise was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again in the future.

we spent a very nice weekend in this apartment. The view is beautiful on marina skyline. it has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds which is not easy to understand as per the pictures. the reality is better than the pictures I definitely recommend staying there

Apartment is exactly as described. It is well equipped. As a designated holiday rental there are some scuffs and scratches but that is compensated by an absolutely stunning view of the sea and all of downtown Dubai in the distance. Large terrace with sitting and dining area was where I spent more of my time. Host was also extremely responsive and helpful.

Only need to renew the furniture sofa and mat

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as displayed in the pictures. It's a peaceful apartment complex with a couple of cafes in the premise(including a starbucks). there's a pharmacy across the road as well. The apartment is decently sized with a large deck overlooking the palm. The only downside was the unclear instructions to enter the apartment from the Parking. We had to struggle with our luggage across two towers to find the right entrance. Apart from the small glitch, would definitely recommend the place.

Super apartment on the Shoreline of the Palm. It’s a great location, spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of 5. The only drawback is the noise from the road which is very loud and constant in the principal bedroom, so even during the cooler months, you wouldn’t sleep with the windows open unfortunately. It’s perfectly quiet in the other two bedrooms as they are beach facing. The balcony is mainly road facing, so again is noisy. However, the apartment is fairly priced and this is a small compromise for what is otherwise great!
