Vacation rentals with a patio in Busanjin District

After visiting here in Haeundae last year, I make a reservation here every time I visit Haeundae,, The price is reasonable enough to visit for the Nth, and it's an accommodation in my top 3 that I like everything. I was also very satisfied with this stay. First of all, the location is on Gunam-ro Street, so it's a great advantage to be able to walk around Haeundae Station, Haeundae Market, and Haeundae Beach within 5 minutes! There are many convenience stores nearby, and there are many restaurants, so I always pack a late-night snack after dinner. The condition of the room is clean. Even though I'm sensitive to maintenance, the host always cleans it neatly like my home, so I use it very comfortably. The 🩷 facilities are new, so it's neat and nice, so I highly recommend it to those who are sensitive to room conditions ~ I always came with my boyfriend, but this time I visited with four family members, and there were two large beds and a dining table, so I used it comfortably without any inconvenience even if 4 people stayed!! It wasn't easy to find a place for a family of four to stay, but I plan to revisit with my family often in the future. My family loved it so much, so I made good memories. ☺️🩷

Jennie's place was beautiful! It was just like the pictures, and we really felt at home. The view of the bridge and the water was stunning, even on gloomy days. It was close to the hustle and bustle of the main strip, but also far enough for a peaceful night's rest. Jennie was also very quick to respond to us. Absolutely recommend this stay!!

The house was a little old, but you can walk to Haeundae, and the host was very kind. Thanks to you, I had a very good rest.🙇🏻‍♀️✨️ I often come to Busan to play, but I'll use it often.❣️

The location is very convenient, an hour drive from Ganchuan Cultural Village, half an hour from Qing Shapu, and there is also a lot of food nearby.

Very good accommodation in a lively area of the city but does not disturb the noise, it is comfortable and close to 2 metro lines, I will return to this site

The location of the accommodation is good, pleasant and tidy.

It was reasonably close to Haeundae and close to the bus stop, so it was good to go everywhere! The room was also tidy and comfortable. I was worried that the old building was empty, but it was okay. The room was fine and the bathroom felt a little old, but it wasn't uncomfortable to use. The hot water comes out well, the heating is good, and I rested well!

An all-time-class accommodation.. I highly recommend it!!!!!

Spacious, clean, peaceful and safe. Little courtyard, with plants and laundry space, is delightful. Mr Kim and Mrs Kim are very, very kind and warm-hearted hosts. I felt welcomed. Friendly neighbourhood. Find Busan people very helpful. I travelled solo and unfortunately, don’t speak Korean. The place is close to both a supermarket, a traditional market, and convenience store. Plenty of choices of eateries and take away nearby as well. Connected to metro and prime tourist shopping area via multiple lines of buses. You can also reach Busan Train Station, Haeundae-gu etc direct via these buses. Taxi ride to airport costs about 15000 to 17000 Korean dollar per single journey as of November 2024. Perfect for those who appreciate living like locals. Big thanks to hosts. Happy to return in future :)

It was a place where I felt that the host cared a lot. I had a comfortable rest.

I was surprised that there was such a good accommodation in the suburbs of Busan. The interior smells good, it's clean, it's so satisfying, and I'm willing to revisit. If you want to come with friends or lovers, I recommend it! The staff was friendly, and I asked again if it was okay when I left, and the tableware was clean! I recommend it!!

The view is done.. An accommodation that I really only want to know about: (However, be careful of the ceiling when using the bathroom. If you're a little careful with that, it's a very, very satisfying accommodation. The sea is so pretty, and the surroundings are beautiful.. It's so nice! The host is also kind, so it's perfect. 🤍💙
