Our stay was enjoyable. The hosts sent instructions prior to the stay of where to park, how to access the property and instructions on how to work appliances. The kids room was perfect so many toys, dress up clothes, the high beds and space they were entertained for hours. The hot tub was accessible and the view was good on a clear day. The beach was an 8 minute drive away with lots of accessible shops and amenities.

Love Camber and go there often. This time it was a home from home with all the comforts needed, WiFi was perfect and a TV in every room! Lovely setting and not too far from restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice and even better than expected. The house was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing house and location to spend NYE in - really great size for a group of 8 of us and lovely very handy location. Lovely communal area and bedrooms were ideal. Bottle of fizz for NY was a lovely touch! Only a couple of small issues for next time to be aware of -the WIFI connection to the TV didn't really work and the beds were quite uncomfortable in the upper floor rooms. But for a night or two it's no issue.

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Abi’s place is amazing for a getaway in Brighton!! A 2 minute walk from the sea front and about a 20 minute walk from the laines with dozens and dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Abi’s place is clean and beautifully decorated with an in depth welcome pack that covers absolutely everything you need to know for your stay. Would 100% stay again, thank you Abi for an amazing birthday!!!

This place is beyond amazing. I booked this as a private get away for me and my partner and when I arrived it felt homely instantly. The decor in this place is so elegant and exactly like the pictures! The hosts Jaime and Ricki are so friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. We even got to use the hot tub before the weather got awful. 10/10 this place is a gem and will hold a lovely memory to cherish with my partner. I would definitely rebook if i visit kent again!

We made wonderful memoroes at this beautiful beach house with everything needed to enjoy a family holiday. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the views, cooking, playing on the beach until late and enjoying the crazy waves body boarding. Seagulls crest is an amazing beachfront property, comfortable, homeley and the children loved it. Sue was a friendly and accommodating host. Thank you for having us.

This is by far the best Air bnb i've had the pleasure to stay in! This accommodation was exactly like the photos, if not better! It's been kept in pristine condition and you have everything you need. The views are outstanding the history is utterly fantastic. The host, Clare makes the experience that little bit better as she's so welcoming. Fresh homemade bread and eggs for morning breakfast is also another reason as to why this place has the 5* reviews it deserves. We will absolutely be coming back to this place and will be recommending it to both friends and family for many months to come! On a side note, it's also a very good place for a proposal! Clare can very much keep a secret!
