Vacation rentals in Burrell Boom

We had a fantastic stay! We were the only ones renting at the time, making it quite lovely to have the place ourselves. Emily is a fantastic cook, so I recommend planning at least a few meals through the host. If you do your own food, plan your meals (the host can take you shopping before leaving) because it costs for the boat ride to get more supplies. Belle and Bruno were the best four-legged hosts, so if you love large dogs, you will enjoy them as we did. They swim out to play with the dolphins pretty much daily! Eugene has a wealth of knowledge about what to do and see; he is your best resource. The young lad Omar helped with everything, including showing me how to fish.

Jennifer's place is located on the north side of the island, which means it's a more quiet and that's what we were hoping for. lThe place is right on the ocean and you can walk right into the water and swim. There were enough bikes for the 6 of us and we really enjoyed biking around the island. Caye Caulker is a great island and we loved the low key vibe there. We rented all 4 units for the 6 of us and it worked out great. The negatives: There are a lot of sand flies or no-see-ums and around dusk the mosquitoes were fierce. If you're traveling with a group and you want to hang out together, the only good option is to hang out in the outdoor kitchen area. The bugs can make that a challenging experience. It would have been nice for the outdoor kitchen to be screened in. We would have used it a lot more. They do supply bug coils and they have a fan. My kids and I don't really get too affected by the bugs, but unfortunately my wife does. Bring bug spray

This stay is absolutely stunning! It’s in one of the best locations on the Caye, and every detail of the place is so well thought-out. Highly recommend!!!! I can’t wait to stay here again!

great location, close to the split and tons of coffee shops and restaurants close by. View of the ocean but also has a more private entrance. Bonus points for the adorable house kitty that hangs out around the property!

Condo was perfect at a high end complex. Water taxi was great quick free trip to the activities and nightlife in Caye Caulker. Perfectly comfortable our older teens going Caye Caulker to hang out. Complex bar restaurant, pizza sportsbar, market had everything needed and great food by the executive chef. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Condo itself was modern, clean, had everything to cook. Showers were large and great water pressure. Washer/dryer in the unit. We used the complementary bikes to ride to the split and water taxi across. Our snorkling and spearfishing tours picked us up at the dock. Great trip.

Sarah’s place in Caye Caulker is lovely! She very kindly met us at the air bnb on arrival and gave us super helpful instructions and recommendations. Secondly, the stay included bikes use for free which was super useful for getting around the island. Thank you for letting us stay at your place Sarah!

We loved everything about our stay at Pura Vida Inn! The people hosting us at the inn were extremely friendly and helpful. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, flexible with using the bicycles, recommended restaurants for us, etc. We loved that it was walkable to other louder and more lively areas of the island, but was more calm and quiet in our area. Beautiful view of the water, the pool was pristine, and the whole property was wonderfully kept. We did have to buy conditioner, but hosts provided soap and shampoo. The outdoor living space of the penthouse room was phenomenal and we quickly relaxed into our vacation. We will for sure stay here again!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Everything you need to stay on the property and enjoy the sea, the pool, the scenery, in a private setting with a fully stocked kitchen and all appliances to make any meal you choose. With the wraparound deck, rooftop deck, and pool deck you can enjoy all the views. Especially loved the hammocks - on the deck and at the pool! Laying in the hammock in the evening staring up at the stars with the soft outdoor lighting was heaven. It is close enough to town to bike, walk or be picked up to enjoy the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Max picked us up at the ferry, took us to get groceries, and made sure we felt comfortable when we got there. He was always available when we asked or set up a time for ride into or from town. Max was friendly and helpful. We have stayed many places and this place had everything we loved about all of the other places wrapped into one. We were able to truly disconnect and enjoy this beautiful place.Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful house on the southern edge of Caye Caulker. Its location, close to the airport and away from the busier parts of town, made it a perfect retreat. Surrounded by lush jungle flora, we enjoyed the magical sight of fireflies every evening and breathtaking views of the night sky from the rooftop deck. Chila and Sheena, our hosts, were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great suggestions for activities around town. When our children unfortunately fell ill, they went above and beyond, offering support and even checking if we needed anything. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully equipped, including three bicycles that we used to explore the island, including the northern areas of the Caye. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming getaway.
