Places to stay in Burnsville

Very cute and well furnished house. It was a block back from the main uptown street, so very walkable (5 minute walk to some bars and restaurants) without having to listen to traffic. I was also even able to rent one of those Lime scooters from downtown Minneapolis and scoot back to the house in like 12(?) minutes. I had a great weekend and would stay here again

We stayed at Nathan's for a girls' weekend. We stayed in the first night and cooked ourselves and had all the tools/utensils necessary. Loved the beautiful location by the lake. We took a walk Saturday morning on the walking path, and it was just perfect! Nice being out and away, but just a short drive to downtown and shopping/restaurants! The beds were very comfortable, and the fireplace was wonderful! We played games right in front of it. He had the game Headbandz, and we played that both nights, and decided we're buying it to play when we all go up north in June!

Very clean and well appointed. The extra blankets and pillows, especially the electric blanket, was a cozy addition during our cold + rainy stay!

We were only at Sara's place for one night. It was cozy and comfortable, not too fancy but just what we were looking for. A very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of options for restaraunts and coffee shops. The bed is huge, the biggest bed I've ever slept in and very comfortable. A great place, but watch the stairs going up are quite steep, was glad that the driving rain did not turn to ice, could have made for a tricky exit. It's a great little place! Would stay there again. My husband and I had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful! We will be coming back for sure!

This is a warm, clean and very comfortable space, I felt right at home. Had knee replacement surgery when I first arrived and stayed a month to recuperate, Jerry and Lisa were very helpful and understanding. Lisa especially when out of her way to make my recovery easier. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Jerry and Lisa!

We had a lovely stay at Sean and Tanitta place. It’s a very secluded and beautiful place, the instructions to get there were very clear, very easy to check in, the place is comfy, warm, well stocked and very clean. Prescott is extremely charming and has amazing views of Mississippi River. The only downside was that it’s been too cold and the game room doesn’t have a heater to suite the big space, so it was impossible to stay in there to play or sleep, but we just kept closed and played the games at the living room, so nothing that we couldn’t manage. We are really looking forward to come back, I believe the spring around there must be something else, or autumn! It’s just too beautiful. :)

Fantastic place to stay! Lisa had everything that we needed and more. Many extras that made for an enjoyable stay. Games, books & fun activities that can keep you occupied and not missing a TV. Especially liked the guidebook she provides with suggestions for just about anything you can think of. She sent spot on directions for navigating there, parking, and how to enter. Absolutely covers everything that you may have questions about and all communications were promptly answered. This is a welcoming and comfortable space. Quiet and well maintained. We will keep our fingers crossed that it’s available next time we visit. Totally felt at home here.

This cottage is so daring!! It is inviting, charming and comfortable. I don’t know who decorated it, but they did a fabulous job. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with one of our sons while in town for Christmas. Our daughter and her husband stayed at the Hotel Landing and the location of the cottage could not have been more convenient to the hotel and downtown Wayzata. We had a car, but walked everywhere. There is nothing not to like about this place. It has everything going for it… charm, location, lovely decor and coziness!
