My place is located on the sandy creek arm of Lake Travis, across from Jones Brothers Park. You’ll love my place because of access to the lake, the views, the location. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Quietness of the lake, yet minutes from restaurants in Cedar Park. And a short drive to downtown Austin. I also have these listing on the same property, if you need more/less space. NOTE: The lake is VERY low right now (hoping for rain soon).

Incredible open-water lot on the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ! 50 feet of east-facing waterfront with deep water, double jet ski ramp and double boat dock with beautiful partially covered roof top deck and beautiful trees by the boat dock providing lots of shade from the west sun to keep you cool in the hot summer. Beautiful single story 3 bedroom/2 bath Austin stone home with an open floor plan with large windows bringing you to the lake as soon as you walk in the front door. Fabulous location!

Beautifully updated Townhome on Lake LBJ with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Amazing views of the lake from the 700 sq. ft deck. Walk right out the door just 10 steps from the water. There is a community pool and firepit. This townhome has recently been wonderfully updated with new tile flooring, quartz counter tops, paint and all new master bath. 2 Living areas for multiple families. Incredible area downstairs for kiddos to bunk. Great split plan for several families.
