I had an amazing stay at Akila’s place over the last two days. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Akila was an incredibly welcoming and thoughtful host, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

stay was awesome. owner was very responsive. also Nahid and Maid Khdeza was fantastic. nahid is a superhero. I locked my door by mistake and around mid night I sent messages and resend Nahid straight away. I needed soft pillow and owner send me the soft pillow with in 5 minutes. I really appreciated that. Also Location was great and no mosquito at all. next time definitely I will stay here.

The property itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed, and the little touches Tea, Biscuits and water made it feel like a home away from home. Sohel Aminur was an exceptional host. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing clear check-in instructions or offering tips for exploring the area, their hospitality truly stood out. The location was ideal, with Restaurants and Clothing Shop. We loved Amari, Ecstasy, Kavazo Kings, Banani Fruits and Flower Shop, Fuchkawali and it was so convenient to have it just a short distance away. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Sohel Aminur for making our trip so memorable! Clean apartment in a good location. The host is very responsive.

I have used AirBnb for almost 20 years in 4 different continents and I have to admit that Mahmud is one of the most remarkable hosts I have encountered, so far. I cherished every moment I spent with him during our meetings in person. He is a true people's person. The apartment is very easy to find and in a fantastic location between Gulshan 1 and 2. There are a lot of high end restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is pretty spacious and clean. WiFi internet was flawless. The bed is super comfortable. There is HSBC ATM near Gulshan 1 Unimart and I was able withdraw cash without any fees using my Chase (US) Visa debit card. I will be back.

He is very proactive and friendly person. I loved being there and enjoyed the area a lot. Clean house and good internet with work from home facility helped me to do what I wanted. Supermarket is super close and security Gard’s are super friendly. 24/7 lift, electricity and water. Can’t get better in uttara area. 100% recommended.

There was enough space for three adults and a baby - actually three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room! Good location and we felt safe around. Great hosts and other people, we will remember all the guys with warmth. It's so good that there weren't any insects here (except for a few mosquitoes)! There are a couple of things I think you need to keep in mind. 5 stars for cleanliness but for the Indian style of cleaning, if you know what I mean. And since this is the first floor, we couldn’t open the curtains; so we didn’t have enough sunlight. And It's a little quieter in Gulshan. Anyway the apartment is great, the people are very helpful, we had a great time here and we highly recommend staying here, you definitely won't regret it!
